£6M sold this afternoon for 300p. Any news on who? A big sale by MER standards. Any views?

I read something about AIM listed companies as a next best alternative for those looking to close their trust funds. (now that G. Brown has put the boot in) No inheritance tax after 2 years and only 10% capital gains. Mears is one of the more low risk choices on AIM.

Share is excellently managed in an excellent sector with growing prospects so naturally the LSE (behoven mainly to candyfloss and worse)just ignores it.

All good news on the cards for MER but has now slipped back to pre-December value.

Seems to fall on v.small volume (2.5% so far today on 2 sales amounting to 2,500 shares!)

Any ideas whats going on???

have we not seen all the shares Bob Holt sold recently now taken up. strengh of shares now looking forward to the sustained growth the company enjoys.
In view of the merger & acquisiction activity @ the moment a well run co such as this can only thrive.
