10/8/2020 18:07 | From Keld When two industries collide, there is the formation of a new industry and this is what we are witnessing with DeFi which is a new paradigm in decentralized computing and financial services. It has taken a few years to get mature to make an impact but now it is really rolling and unstoppable. DeFi’s impact and size will take us all by surprise in the coming months and years ahead. 10/8/2020 08:13 | Guy,s The explosion over the weekend was so exiting to watch so I just had to top up again on open , KR1 does not need any ramping on here,BUT May I be so bold as to draw your attention to the other crypto fund Coinsilium , Worth taking a look at the connection / JV between RSK .IOV Labs / and there DeFi BTC offering of Money on Chain could be another Polkadot a huge sleeping Giant ,Coin now trading in the low 2,s , Should DeFi BTC take a hold then ?? Worth a look ! Hope KR1 might actually draw the attention they wholeheartedly deserve this week, NXM,DOT,Dfinity,ATOM Says it all really | botak54

07/8/2020 22:00 | I use Selftrade / equiti Can be traded in both, an aim listing would achieve nothing but increase costs. Buying 100p for 50p is a bargain anywhere but need patience value always comes out in the end. | slicethepie

07/8/2020 21:01 | DOT Redenomination - "As you may have read in Gavin Wood's recent blog post, three weeks ago we started the first-ever vote on the fledgling Polkadot network to redenominate DOT. That vote has since ended and the results are clear. With a turnout just shy of one-third of the tokens, where both Web3 Foundation and Parity abstained from voting, the recent Polkadot redenomination poll was a major result for stakeholder decision-making.Rede | blindboy1
03/8/2020 10:14 | Like I touched on in a previous post ,The PF is very successful and potential to grow exponentially from this level as the world is sinking deeper in the Covid quagmire with the consequences of Governments printing more money = inflation, industry,s collapsing, The us$ no longer the world reserve currency So The only 2 credible hedge being Gold and Digital assets , KR1 being the Masters of predicting the winners within that space Now Its up to George & Keld to pump the PR & highlight there funds class assets | botak54
03/8/2020 09:50 | Well done Botak - hopefully we are in for a good run here. | failedqs

02/8/2020 16:05 | Ditto QS, I have been holding back as experience tell,s me that if the market has an alternative view to my bullish one then there must be a reason Why ! Hence my crusade on here to ascertain from fellow holders that reason, There is no doubt in my mind that the BOD have outstanding vision and have the ball,s to back that acumen in seed funding projects that will take years to fruition ,For these Guy,s really are the real Mcoy in Crypto / Blockchain Investing DeFi can only go from strength to strength,ETH was priced @ $243 on 8th of June ( Plsm rns - KR1 plc (KR1: AQSE) is pleased to announce its participation in the Plasm ("Plasm" or "PLM") token distribution event, termed a 'lockdrop'. KR1 time-locked a total of 1,232 Ether ("ETH"), equivalent to USD 253,249.92 at the time of the transactions, via a smart contract for various durations. In return for locking up the ETH, the Company will receive 66,285,652.28 PLM tokens. So that must be another ( Today,s price $369 ) 33% on top so maybe $454,608K ,UP $200K in just over 6 weeks,, MONSTER Business + earning tokens BLZ is now - $0.125858 34.8% up today Nobody can refute the quality of there portfolio , So logic dictates we are visionaries and the market are not !!! | botak54
02/8/2020 16:04 | Thanks for this. I don't understand and am slightly worried why they are so quiet on the valuation front. It would make sense to buyback shares given the big discount. | slicethepie
02/8/2020 14:59 | I've been looking at the investments that KR1 have in their portfolio. A couple of interesting things that I have noted: Market cap of KR1 at the current share offer price of 6.80p is £8.9m. However I calculate that the value of the holdings in their portfolio is in fact near to £15.2m. My calc of the value of their holdings excludes any cash, and also excludes the value of the unknown number of BTC tokens we know they have. I have however included the 2,232 ETH tokens that they have currently "locked up" with the Edgeware and Plasm projects, but there may be more ETH tokens in reserve. The value of only the Cosmos and Polkadot tokens is in fact £8.8m, underpinning the shareprice on its own! There are a few dogs in the portfolio of course, but there are a lot of winners too, the winners tending to be pretty spectacular (in particular Cosmos and Polkadot). I think the current trend with DeFi companies could give KR1 superb returns in the medium term given the number of DeFi related companies they have backed, and this will hopefully be reflected in a more favourable shareprice too. I must admit that I am tempted to buy more shares..... | failedqs
01/8/2020 13:28 | Completely agree 74 If Shareholders contact George McDonaugh george@kryptonite1.c Then they might realize some of the issues that are deterring incoming and would benefit us all ,KR1 is a pristine Crypto / Blockchain fund with outstanding Management & ROI potential , If George & Keld can remove the head out of the backside we might start getting somewhere | botak54
01/8/2020 12:49 | A complete lack of transparency & liquidity is the reason this is valued at £8m - there is no objective way to value the portfolio other than take the amounts disclosed on RNS’s in years gone by and multiply the coins held by the current valuations on coinmarketcap etc. In yesterday’s RNS they talk about owning Bitcoin & Ethereum, however there is no way for a shareholder to ascertain how much of each they actually hold... I have a small holding that I’ve kept since Jan 2018, I’m tempted to add to it but a. Don’t want to pay a £20 telephone dealing fee, and b. Don’t feel there will be any movement in their valuation until some fundamental changes are made. Two things would dramatically improve liquidity; - The ability to buy shares online (how many PI’s are dissuaded by the telephone buying only status?) - The publication of a monthly net asset value summary by holding | 74tom
31/7/2020 21:46 | Lack of investment valuations, relatively small scale set up, and relatively illiquid shares won't be helping. | blindboy1 |
