B2Broker continues to improve the mobile version of B2Core, providing clients with a robust CRM experience on iOS devices. The latest update, B2Core iOS v1.24, introduces several key features and enhancements to the app’s functionality.
Following the v1.23 update, which focused on refining the user interface and visual design, version 1.24 adds a new “Services” section, integrates Zendesk, and upgrades IB Module reports.
New Comprehensive Services Section
B2Core iOS now includes a redesigned Services menu, simplifying the process of accessing supported services such as Trading, Finances, Helpdesk, IB, and more. Users can customise the order of widgets with a convenient drag-and-drop feature. This section also previews upcoming services.
Seamless Zendesk Integration
Expanding on the Zendesk integration from the web version, B2Core iOS now includes this leading customer service platform, which uses AI technology. Zendesk offers ticketing, live chat, and AI tools to enhance client interactions. Users can access the Helpdesk feature via the Profile section and connect directly to Zendesk without additional authorisation.
Enhanced IB Reports and Client Activity
The Clients section has been added to the IB Room of the B2Core iOS, building on the capabilities of the existing IB module. Users can now view detailed reports on their Direct and Sub-IB clients registered through referral links, including trading volumes and rewards from referral activities.
The IB Room also provides comprehensive reports on rewards deposited into users’ wallets, with all transaction details easily accessible. This feature enhances control over earnings and simplifies rewards management. The Rewards section is conveniently located at the bottom of the IB module.
