Pleased to see Tetra Tech step in with a rival bid at 222p accepted unanimously by the board. Who knows we may see WSP come back with more.

I have already disposed of my electronically held shares, but I still have some paper certificates left over from yesteryear that are taking longer to process for one reason or another.

My specific query is simply to confirm that the court meeting and court hearing are two separate events and that share trading won't halt on 27 September, but at an as-yet unspecified later date after the hearing.

What's your specific query? Just await info from your broker who will advise on any action needed. Standard process.

So there is a Court Hearing (no later than 30 days after the satisfaction of the conditions) and RPS shares will be suspended the day after that.

The court Hearing date has not been fixed but there is court meeting date (Sept 26) and this is something different - when votes are cast etc.

Any clarification welcome.

A bid would have to come in at £2.25 or more to get the instos to back a different horse but certainly possible

Interesting price action - perhaps a counterbid? I've just sold 25% at 215 to take advantage of the speculation.

Well done Norbert, big thanks to you for all your efforts leading up to this. Probably seemed like a lonely task at times but people like me were there listening. Big money was there to be made.
