03/9/2020 11:45 | Yes it has been going on since March, after which the share price has averaged around 44p, ie the the placing price. Not sure which part of this you find difficult. | wigwammer
03/9/2020 11:11 | Are you serious the only way is up | az4hr
03/9/2020 07:17 | The only way is up... all sounds like things are being managed as best in these uncertain times. | scars
03/9/2020 07:12 | Cool....the criticism from a few is unwarranted. They have a base now so should be looking forward. | potpot1980
03/9/2020 06:57 | Pot - they are still talking about double digit op margins and growth - so even with dilution, good chance we see 150p+ medium term. | wigwammer
03/9/2020 06:55 | Correct I don't think you can blame management for this - especially when they are putting in a chunk in the raise. As I said this won't get to prices of 6-12 months ago, but I expect 55-60 plus short term. | potpot1980
03/9/2020 06:50 | The placing price is at the same level the shares were at in mid March. | wigwammer
03/9/2020 06:49 | ??? You think they should have known Covid was coming? | wigwammer
03/9/2020 06:44 | Car crash incompetent management who wait for the share price to be decimated before getting a placement done. Astounding | az4hr
03/9/2020 06:38 | Personally I think the opposite, the rns highlighted a lot of upside.....perhaps not to recent highs of share price ...60p would be fair value | potpot1980
03/9/2020 06:34 | Well the placing explains the recent weakness in the SP, results ok given t(e circumstances. Outlook not fantastic though. | dr biotech
03/9/2020 06:15 | Am expecting this to do quite well today. | potpot1980
03/9/2020 06:04 | placing @ 44p | hardupfedup
01/9/2020 17:12 | Had to get some more when it broke 40. Am i correct in saying the results are on the 7th? Or have i just made that up lol. | camo1997
25/8/2020 11:54 | Really being pushed down. If it breaks 40 may have to pick up some more. Still hoping for goodish news September (as good as it could be at the moment). | camo1997
24/8/2020 16:48 | Another stunning finish for RPS! | scars
13/8/2020 20:47 | One of the mysteries of the universe, neutral-good news, share price goes down... no news share price goes up! Always remember someone knows something more! | scars
13/8/2020 14:06 | Any thoughts on why the share price moved up today? I can't see any news... | daburd
11/8/2020 14:33 | I have various contacts that work for a number of UK and international consultancies and whilst there has been some redundancies at some of them (mainly the larger firms) most are busy (even if slightly below previous levels) and staff pay reductions have now be reinstated. Moving in right direction. | norbert colon
11/8/2020 13:44 | FWIW mate of mine that works for this lot is back on full time pay - was working full time hours before but now getting paid for it. So some offices are busy. | dr biotech
11/8/2020 12:44 | I'll take horizontal over declining. Hopefully when we see those results it'll start going up. One for the patient | daburd
11/8/2020 12:12 | Could do with some news to get this rolling, even if it is neutral, looking very horizontal! | scars
02/8/2020 21:29 | Can't argue with capital preservation and debt reduction everybody is doing and will boost the share price in the long run. | scars
01/8/2020 09:42 | Sorry didn’t read your post correctly, I assumed Andrew Sykes was a RPS Director, I’ve never heard of them. But yes it does appear divs are allowed, I stand corrected. But Having said that AS have a large Cash pile with excess capital. RPS arranged a RCF just in case they need it (hopefully won’t). Capital preservation the name of the game here for a while. | dr biotech |
