Given most companies have made good use of the furlough scheme I would expect the wage bill to be relatively low compared to current sales as well.

Based on typical peer group multiples of sales (lets take 0.5 x sales as a low/mid range multiple) and based on Liberum estimates of £465m sales for FY20 you get a mcap of £232m compared to the current mcap of £135m. Historical and future sales (FY21 onwards) are of course much higher. So 100p share is a minimum valuation for me.

When they re-instate the next dividend then 80p will look cheap.

Stock flirting with a significant breakout.

Solid update with fears around ballooning debt perhaps allayed with this statement. If the market gets more comfortable with the debt here, I'd say this stock must have a good chance of breaking out above these key levels and pushing on.

There was an article recently about private equity having huge levels of cash and looking to pick up beaten down companies. RPS must be a candidate considering the clobbering here. There have been bid rumours here not so long ago too so can't rule it out, but if I'm in the stock it usually means it won't happen or will happen once I'm out ha

Recent director buying over 60 gives confidence, 50% revenue from government... they will just print more money, revenue only 17% decrease year on year not too bad given the circumstances.

Debt seems under control, in my mind there is no longer an existential threat though the impact on trading this year is unknown. Hopefully this will recover over 18-24 months.

Businesses need certainty. Impact of pandemic has severley affected the demand for services like marketing, consulting, advertising business. The overall business model of RPS will continue to be in demand post pandemic.
While EMA is trending up in daily and weekly chart. It will be slow recovery. Definitely not for day trade or short term trade. Hopefully, it will be trading again around £1 in about three to six months if there is not second wave virus lock down.

It might take a few days for this to move up again. Minor resistance at 60.9 and the 20day MA is still a long way behind at 44.29. It only turned up a few days ago so (probably)just a matter of time.

Think I need to top slice a bit here. Did that yesterday with some of my larger holdings and they all went up a lot more today. Timing has never been my forte. Think there will be some tough times ahead for UK PLC, I can't believe how much we have rallied.
