So pleased I didn't get involved, apart from a very brief flutter about a year ago. Not skill just lucky caution, looking for a real bottom turning point. Hey ho, sorry for all who were shafted. One to cross off my monitor and favourites list, now. Pity, really, as I enjoyed all of your contributions. The standout bull was wrong, unlike on some other threads/shares I have followed or bought, where the standout bear was right.

What a well executed rape and pillage of PI's by PL. Why isn't the FCA all over this? You still positive about PL Pp? Did you sell out or have you held on?

Mine are also with II and in a trading account, have another similar DYS/dyson which pulled a similar trick a few tears back & have had small dividends from them.

AIE....HL advised me the same so they automatically open a regular General Investment account. Hopefully I will get the regular dividends from the them as a private company that PP kept promising they could afford to make as a listed company.

I sold the shares I. Had in my ISA with II, but they sent me a message saying I couldn’t hold them in an ISA so they would move them to my trading account.

Molecular Energies plc (AIM: MEN), provides an update on the matters described in the circular to shareholders dated 28 March 2024 and further information on shareholder communication following cancellation of the admission of the Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM ("Cancellation").

Cancellation of admission to AIM

Cancellation will take place at 7.00 a.m. on 29 April 2024. The final day of dealings in the Company's shares on AIM is today, 26 April 2024.

Website

The current format of the website of the Company will be re-structured and will be live with effect from 1 May 2024.

The website will provide up to date information with regard to all material developments of the Company and members of its group. Whilst some sections of the current website will no longer be applicable, in order to promote transparency as a private company new features will be added with the aim of strengthening the connection between the Company and its remaining shareholders.

Communication

Molecular recognises that as a private company, it is imperative to ensure that those who came on its journey are kept regularly informed.

Accordingly, Molecular will publish news of all material developments both on its website and via its social media accounts, which it will continue to maintain. A regular newsletter providing business updates will be issued with the first anticipated by 30 September 2024, by which date the Company anticipates that it will publish its annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023. The Company will maintain its shareholder communications email address - [e-mail] - and investors wishing to receive these regular updates or enter into dialogue with the Company are encouraged to email that address requesting to sign up.

Dealing Arrangements

The Company's ordinary shares will be admitted to trading on the JP Jenkins securities matching platform from the 29 April 2024.

JP Jenkins provides a securities matching venue for unlisted or unquoted assets in companies, enabling shareholders and prospective investors to buy and sell shares on a matched bargain basis. JP Jenkins is a trading name of InfinitX Limited and Appointed Representative of Prosper Capital LLP (FRN453007).

Shareholders wishing to trade these securities can do so through their stockbroker. Trades will be conducted at a level that JP Jenkins is able to match a willing seller and a willing buyer. Trades can be conducted, and limits can be accepted, during normal business hours. Shareholders or potential investors can place limits via their existing UK regulated stockbroker.

The indicative pricing for the ordinary Shares (ISIN: GB00BMT80K89), as well as the transaction history, will be available on the JP Jenkins website at (

The provision of the matched bargain facility will be kept under review by the Board and, in determining whether to continue to offer a matched bargain facility, the Company shall consider expected (and communicated) shareholder demand for such a facility as well as the composition of the Company's register of members and the costs to the Company and shareholders.

Molecular Energies Plc have announced they intend to appoint JP Jenkins as a matched bargain facility for holders to attempt to sell their stock after delisting.

Ordinarily we are able to submit orders to JP Jenkins, however the company is in the process of reforming their trade execution system. When that process is finalised, HL will need to establish a new framework of handling these orders, however it is unclear how quickly this can be done and what changes it will require. Therefore there will not be an option to submit matched bargain orders immediately after delisting. Given that there are a number of factors involved, at present we cannot guarantee that you will be able to sell your stock using the company's appointed matched bargain facility.

PiperPeterSorry to say but the gig is up! Lots of wishful thinking in that post. What will it take for you to see things with some realism? Administration? Insolvency? Or PL holding up a sign saying "you've been had"? In sympathise with you because I know what investing a large percentage of your life savings can do to logic & rationality. Unfortunately been there myself with some dogs in 2014-2017 days

If they can find some one who willing to Pay £10
Deal done
You are in control of what you willing to deal at

Same way the company can indicate that they are willing to buy 10000 shares at £5
If someone wants to sell them for £5.00 deal done

So, what's the general feeling with regard to where the Company could be in the next 6 to 8 month months, and what salient information can be extracted from the last few RNS's?

Money raised privately for expansion/acquisition?
Mr. Levine putting up more investment money?
Final Investment Decision made on Hyso Limited?
Major investment into Sustainable Aviation Fuel (Molecular Aviation)?
Aton 6, Hyso, and Dual Fuel all generating revenue?
Molecular Energies continues to receive regular payments, with additional US$2 million to be received in September?
New companies created to join the Group?
Parts of the Group listing separately on a stock exchange, possibly away from London?

Anyone any experience on using Matched Bargain Dealing? How does it work? I am with Halifax, presume I will get a Cert and use a known JPJ broker for buying/selling MEN share but is there any indication of share worth when using Matched Bargain Dealing or do you just set a price on buy/sell when trading and hope it is accepted?
