'...target valuation of US$20 million for Green House Capital'

MENs valuation does not mean investors will accept that during an IPO. MEN recently valued their own company at 35p (placing price).

Pp,
I’m no longer interested in presentations and information from the company as so far all I see is each project slipping into the next quarter.
When I see it actually happen I will believe it.
Take a look at the most recent presentation, expected newsflow IPO Q1, HYSO FID Q1

HYSO (100% Green House Capital subsidiary)

FID (expected Q1 2024 for first units) with South-east Asian based technology manufacturer using Swiss-developed tech, backed by the United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO)

Equipment sourced, awaiting FID.

ATON 6 (100% Green House Capital subsidiary)

Q1 2024 - First CO2 Removal Credits (CORC) sales.

AiE, re post 1360...

Taking into account the stated pre money target valuation of US$20 million for Green House Capital, a sum that we both read on the Aton 6 website (back in July '23), wouldn't this target realistically be higher now considering that Aton 6 should by now have commenced sales, and that many of the other companies under the Green House Capital ownership have also progressed to the point of being on the brink of generating revenue?

Can anyone recall when Cavendish put out an actual valuation/target price for MEN?

They put £8 per share on a success case for the current Paraguay well and Delray complex (in excess of US$100 million net to MEN), but no general valuation, so far as I can see.

This valuation would exclude the other prospects in the Pirity Block; so, for example, Jacaranda and the greater Lapacho prospect would not be included.

How long can MEN operate before they need another fund raise?

smoke and mirrors spring to mind.
I do note that ATOM share price has increased in incremental small jumps today. Stands at almost 63p..........

MEN's (now 18.4%) holding in ATOM is now valued in excess of GBP 5 million.

MEN's market cap is GBP 3.1 million.

MEN's share price would need to increase to 41 pence to be equivalent to its own investment in ATOM.

I imagine getting involved with PPC/ MEN has cost someone at CPC their job!

I can't believe CPC Corporation would have gone through all the very, very long procedure to farm-in to the Pirity Block with the prior intension to drill just one well.

PL has achieved his objective. I doubt he is interested in Paraguay.

Or finish drilling at some future time and at someone else's cost when PL has 'bought' that asset as well.
