09/4/2024 14:25 | ..which is call the loan in....And administration. | officerdigby
09/4/2024 11:25 | I’ve just been thinking as you do, what happens if they DO NOT receive 75% of the vote, would that mean they could not withdraw from AIM and would the shares remain tradable on AIM until they come up with another plan to shaft us. | chocman
09/4/2024 11:22 | PP Nothing would make me happier to see this get voted down. A lot will depend on Schroders now. | brasso3
09/4/2024 11:01 | Don't forget to vote, all shareholders. "To be passed, the resolution in respect of the Cancellation requires, pursuant to Rule 41 of the AIM Rules, the approval of not less then 75 per cent of votes cast by Shareholders at the General Meeting". That's 75% of votes cast...NOT 75% of all shares in issue. LATEST time and date for RECEIPT of Forms of Proxy in respect of the General Meeting - 11.00 am on 11th April. Whatever your decision, make your vote count. Do it now...vote today! Pp. | piperpeter
09/4/2024 05:21 | Floating GHC at 20mill with men on a mcap of 4 is unrealistic Taking MEN Private is the only way to advance GHC I have no issues on holding private company’s | rizzzla
08/4/2024 20:50 | Zero trust here anymore? | all in eol
07/4/2024 23:33 | and BTW Piperpeter AKA PL, since you are at it. Will you please disclose the real reason that CPC dropped MEN like a hotcake??. I mean not the cool aid you sold on the circular. i am talking about the real reason!!. Or are you not that brave????!!!! . Well the attorneys will receive all the documents when asked The wheels of justice grind slowly but they grind exceedingly small. remember that phrase???. | crimestoppers1
07/4/2024 23:27 | Piperpeter AKA PL. I tickled your funny bone, didn't i?! I will respond to the attorney appointed by the shareholders only. your attorneys will probably be able to respond as well should it come to it. | crimestoppers1
07/4/2024 21:06 | crimestoppers1, Maybe it would be in the interests of all MEN shareholders for you to post your inflammatory musings on one of the Molecular Energies' threads? And perhaps you would confirm what exactly you mean by stating "PL"? For the record. I feel sure AiE would not object. Pp. | piperpeter
07/4/2024 17:10 | Furthermore, should PL exercise his threat to foreclose on the loan to MEN, here is what can happen. The court will hear the petition to call the loan and we will then provide proof of the fraud that has been going on here with PL and his board for a while. The court will then freeze his foreclosure action until investigated. The evidence is compelling and has been part of a separate reporting to the relevant government bodies against PL and his team It is possible that after the investigation he will have to pay back more in fines then his loan value or his entire net worth. For this to happen you guys have to get your act together and have proper attorney representation in the UK for the financial regulators . I will provide all info to your attorneys to use | crimestoppers1
07/4/2024 02:43 | is it possible that the drilling Mobilization never took place and PL just concocted the excuse of poor results to hide the real issue ? If there is any other legal problem pending that has not been disclosed (no surprise) and the drilling never took place, then PL has conveyed a fraudulent statement. I am raising this issue , so the facts can be verified. get to work boys before PL has a chance to hide again | crimestoppers1
07/4/2024 02:39 | Hi guys i would ask PL the following? please provide written proof of the reason why Taiwan CPC dropped the drilling in Paraguay. PL claims that the results were poor and the site could not get running as per his circular. then please post the drilling logs or the communication between CPC and PL and MEN to verify. is there any proof from CPC that the PI's can verify?? you should ask PL attorneys, if there Is there any other pending legal issues against PL and or MEN as to why they ,CPC dropped him? a AIM attorney with subpoena power would get to the bottom of this asap. A notice to the AIM regulatory bodies would hold of this robbery until investigated | crimestoppers1
05/4/2024 18:11 | Pi's have definitely got a right to sue MEN in this situation. Pl hasn't just been incompetent in running this company over the years, surely? Could we prove the destruction of the share price was planned? What is this company really worth without PL running things? What assets does this company own? It's worth far more than the MCap! What happened to the Argentina wells? Oh, thats right! Is there a reason that board members never bought shares in the open market? Damn right there is! Oh wait. There was a recent purchase just this week! A Director Share Purchase! "900,000p to 7p" SERIOUSLY? | investorwil
05/4/2024 17:26 | Didn't realize he threatened to loan as well. If the vote didn't work. Nice! | officerdigby
05/4/2024 16:42 | The more I look at this the more angry I feel towards that thieving scumbag Levine. What on earth was/is Cavendish, our Nomad, doing to protect shareholders from the deliberately misleading recent RNS's, interviews and presentations? Levine had this planned all along from taking the now well performing Argentina assets into PLLG etc. No need for me to list it all but having destroyed the share price from 74p to 7p in a matter of weeks, made lame excuses for the last minute complete reversal of everything he's said would happen during those same few weeks and deciding to delist, he then shows his absolute contempt for PI's by topping up his and his family's holding to the max 29.94% at 7p stating that he has "conviction in the value of Molecular as a whole". How can he get away with threatening to call in the £13m loan if we don't vote for delisting? How can he deny us the market value of MEN's Atome holding? How is all this legal? Why is there no enquiry or adverse media reports? What's the Russian connection? Nikita is native bilingual Russian / English. This whole thing stinks of a typical tried and tested oligarch asset strip. | masergt
05/4/2024 12:20 | Was he still pushing his 800p valuation from a few weeks ago? Piperpeter26 Mar '24 - 16:15 - 2581 of 2663 Can anyone recall when Cavendish put out an actual valuation/target price for MEN? They put £8 per share on a success case for the current Paraguay well and Delray complex (in excess of US$100 million net to MEN), but no general valuation, so far as I can see. This valuation would exclude the other prospects in the Pirity Block; so, for example, Jacaranda and the greater Lapacho prospect would not be included. Pp. | brasso3
04/4/2024 16:23 | He's still down ticking on Wan's thread. | captain james t kirk
03/4/2024 09:17 | The Pied Piper is very quiet. Is his job now complete on this BB? | brasso3
03/4/2024 07:32 | I'm sure most of you know that we are not alone but there's an article in the Times today about AIM, highlighting a few more. It's behind a paywall I'm afraid hxxps://www.thetimes | chris cat
03/4/2024 07:18 | Nasty indeed. Slimiest, of slime-balls. | officerdigby
03/4/2024 06:30 | Hook, line and sinker! I wonder if he is being investigated? Surely he should be? | investorwil
03/4/2024 05:43 | AiE No words! | brasso3
