Nope, I’m talking about fact. The new build so called freeholds are limited and NOT free from hold or encumbrances imo. Buyers should read the TP1 documents like their life depends on it. For some reason the majority of lawyers are not properly informing buyers of the defeasible nature of the so called freehold imo

The Pound to Euro exchange rate rallied to 1.1630 after the ONS said UK GDP rose 0.6% quarter-on-quarter in the first quarter of 2024, outstripping consensus expectations for 0.4%.

Wow. Big beat for the UK economy!

Only at most 2 months before interest cut or may even be 1 month. Any shorts will be bugging out in May and slowly adding.

Not surprising....Interest rates held again.

The Governor says "see more evidence" of inflation falling before a cut.

The fact the voting was 7-2 for a hold, suggests there's still some time before the BoE will reduce rates.


Not good for the hundreds of thousands coming off low fixed rate mortgages taken out during covid.

Impacts not only mortgages but also credit cards, loans.
Huge debt held by govn.

Nearly 1/2 the year gone and rates remain high.

Interest rate coming in June and if not in august. 7 to 2 to hold but now saying it is coming. 50 % chance in June and 90% in august now market expects. Time to get in £18 by end of September.

Trust Pilot….. no road markings ?

‘ Well over a year and still no proper road on our street or ETA for when it will be done
When we purchased the house we were really pleased but after well over a year there is still no timings for when the street road will be done even though roads in adjacent streets have been completed. After multiple requests we are still being told there is no timing for when it will be done. To make matters worse as there are no road markings so both myself and neighbours have nearly had accidents on many occasions as vehicles don't stop at side road and just pull out and the pavements are also not complete and dangerously uneven meaning there have been a number of serious falls and injuries. We have asked multiple times for temporary markings to be put down and rectification of trip hazards but still nothing has been done. Really disappointed as are our neighbours.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The worst builders on the planet and its directors are the greediest. I don't know how this company is still going. They should be forced to cease building any more shoddy homes and prosecuted for the sh ite they have already cobbled together.
