                            PHOTO-ME INTERNATIONAL PLC

DKS 1500 NAMED WINNER OF 2003 DIMA DIGITAL PRINTER SHOOT-OUT

PMI's DKS 1500 digital minilab has been named the winner of the minilab category
at the 8th Annual DIMA Digital Printer Shoot-Out which it entered in
competition with major photo-finishing companies such as AgfaTM, FujiTM and
NoritsuTM.

The vote was conducted at the 2003 PMA Convention and Trade Show in Las Vegas,
one of the global industry's most important exhibitions. DIMA (Digital Imaging
Marketing Association) is the digital branch of the PMA (Photo Marketing
Association).

Only trade attendees - photographers, printing professionals and journalists -
were eligible to vote upon the entries (of whose provenance they were ignorant),
based on the overall quality of the digital print and the accuracy of the colour
as compared to the "targets" submitted by DIMA.

The DKS 1500 benefits from the patented revolutionary exposure system MSB(TM)
(Microlens Sharpened Beam), PMI's digital processing software and the IM-1500
high resolution scanner. PMI believes that DKS 1500, with a productivity of
1,500 prints per hour in 3.5"x5" and 4"x6" (9cm x 13cm and 10cm x 15cm), offers
the best value for money in the marketplace. DKS 1500 accepts any digital input
as well as traditional media (including 135, APS, 120,220 and mounted slides).

DKS 1500, which was launched in December 2002, is also marketed by Kodak under
the name System 89 DLS as part of a world-wide OEM agreement.
