Photo-Scan Plc announces that it was informed on 8 August 2003 that, further to
a purchase of 100,000 shares on 6 August 2003, ISIS Asset Management plc 
("ISIS") is now interested in 2,514,700 shares in the Company, representing
approximately 11.19 per cent. of the issued share capital.



The ISIS holding includes the following material interests:



*       1,464,700 on behalf of Active Capital, representing approximately 6.51
        per cent. of the issued share capital; and



*       788,931 shares on behalf of ISIS Institutional UK Smaller Co's Fund,
        representing approximately 3.5 per cent. of the issued share capital.
