Jammytass maybe true about the embarrassment bypass but why do you think they would take the company private now? Why not just have done that in in the first place? Or perhaps you think they needed the funding!?

Why would Abramavich want to be linked to a scam? Don't forget that they all took part in the previous placings at was 100 or 120 or something? Why would they want to take it private?

This company has been hibernated . In Autumn they will have one year time left to take the company to main listing . Not much if they are serious about the move . Better they do the next deal as soon as possible so at least they will have adequate MCap .

Does anyone find it odd that the AGM has not yet been called? Last year the announcement was issued on 15 June.
