12/6/2007 16:29 | nod nod, wink wink | billiam
30/5/2007 13:33 | There is that unusual 9 shares trade showing - hasn't that come before the last few decent rises on ZTR, kind of like a little nod to those in the know? Hope so. | billiam
24/5/2007 07:47 | Btw, Killick re-iterated their buy earlier in the month- target 700p; TMI also have this as a buy | silverfern
24/5/2007 07:47 | Well they've bought the factory at market value and got the company for nothing. If the company makes profits, the current owners benefit but they must put part of that earn out into Zetar shares. Looks pretty good to me and I expect analysists to agree with me (for once!) | silverfern
24/5/2007 07:22 | Britannia Biscuits Company website The factory photos are worth a look (though the site feels like it might struggle to cope with visitors today) Edit: On some pages I see they call themselves BBC. Makes for a nice headline that - Zetar buys BBC ;o) | m.t.glass
09/5/2007 07:57 | Here it is, and it looks good to me: A combination of underlying organic and acquisition led growth enabled the Group to grow revenues significantly to approximately #94 million (2006: #57.9 million). The Board of Zetar remains comfortable with the upper end of current market expectations for Zetar's profit | silverfern
04/5/2007 11:26 | I expect a trading statement next week as per last year | silverfern
04/5/2007 09:10 | No news. It is just a mark down to worry small investors to sell. I don't see any news from the company. | bonnard
04/5/2007 08:46 | f you think £50k of shares represents a lot of selling in a company whose market cap is £60m then fine. The cast majority of shares are held by institutions. IS the trading statement out- I can't see anything | silverfern
04/5/2007 08:45 | TW on T1ps has stated "take profits. I'm holding for now. Does anyone have better information? | bonnard
03/5/2007 21:46 | It doesn't look as if the trading statement is bullish. There are too many suddenly selling. | raxzi
14/4/2007 09:09 | A trading statemtnet is due first week of May and I expect annual turnover to be around the £82-84m mark (vs £56m for 8 months -Easter being a key period). A profit before etc of £5m is feasible producing a current p/e of 11 or 12. A prospective p/e should be around 9 or 10 depending on the arrangements for redeeming loan notes and debt reduction. Am I missing something? I still don't think the market has caught up with the ascquisitions and current trading. | silverfern
06/4/2007 09:53 | I've taken advantage of the still pond that the price has become to add a few. I expect a post Easter statement and have been encouraging all I know to eat lots of chocolate bunnies | silverfern
02/3/2007 15:46 | I was thinking just the same meself. Still, why would anyone sell? | silverfern
02/3/2007 15:27 | What a wonderful stock this is. All this turmoil and it doesn't budge an inch. Quality company with educated share holders, no rampers, no dumpers. Well done share holders. | the bizz
16/2/2007 13:21 | Right on cue..A director investing £20k at thes levels says it all! | silverfern
16/2/2007 08:11 | And no movement! I've seen the price move on 500 shares bought or sold. These really do look cheap now, whereas at 300p after a heady first year and the acquisistions only having just been made, they had some risk. | silverfern
15/2/2007 18:50 | Silver, someone has a lot of confidence, looks like 485,000 T Trade buys last thing today. | muffster
22/1/2007 08:19 | yep. the company will have a t'over around £80m this year; acquisitions in place and profits beginning to roll. The figures need some interpretation as a result of the buying activity but this looks very well set now. | silverfern
22/1/2007 07:41 | Fantastic results and the future looks rosy | muffster
19/1/2007 14:47 | just added yet again! | silverfern
12/1/2007 21:53 | Looking forward to results... | allstar4eva |
