Decent results and bullish outlook. No reason for shares not to return back towards their previous highs. Rating is far too low around these levels.

Very good results - I might revisit this now. I particularly the debt reduction. No dividend though

Some interest today. Maybe on the back of offer for Glisten? Both in similar space. Think there's a broker target of 2.75 on these.

It is true that lately the Zetar shares have performed quite well and the predictions for the future are positive. So there is a buy recommendation in this article:

With turnover up in the low season period and with debt reduced more than expected I would imagine this is heading for £7m profit for the year. MArket cap is under £30m. Debt varies because of seasonal peaks and should reduce hugely after Xmas. Zetar as knocked back but is now growing to previouls profit levels seen when it was 600p to buy DYOR

More; total net borrowings at 31 October 2008 of GBP30.5 million
after Xmas ..." at 30 April 2009 being lower than expected at GBP16 million".
And today: "cash management has resulted in a reduction in its seasonally high net debt at 31st October 2009 to GBP28.3 million "

I would therefore expect debt to be around £12-13m after Xmas 2009. Compare that with profit and with all debt management facitlities agreed last year you'll see how well postioned this company is DYOR

share-shark - I suggest you look at the management track record. THese are very good, very experienced businessmen in the industry; they know the market - first nut-free (properly so) factory in UK; quick to change product mix to meet markt/pricing demands; (with one recent exception) smart at acquisitions and integration. Pirce undervalues much ofthat but we're at the bottom of an economic cycle BUt as ever dyor and good luck
