RNS Number:4735P Z Group PLC 06 March 2008 6 March 2008 Z Group plc ("Z Group" or the "Company") Holdings in Company The Company was notified on 5 March 2008 in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules that, Ian Smith has acquired 2,365,280 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 9.96 per cent. of the total voting share capital of Z Group ("Share Capital") and Marcus Yeoman has acquired 1,182,640 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.98 per cent. of the Share Capital, which represents his entire holding in the Company. Ian Smith now holds a total of 2,388,428 Ordinary Shares, representing 10.06 per cent. of the Share Capital. The Company has also been notified that, Elizabeth Wilkinson and Gareth Mallet, have each disposed of 1,773,960 Ordinary Shares, representing 14.94 per cent. of the Share Capital in aggregate. Elizabeth Wilkinson and Gareth Mallet no longer have notifiable interests in the voting share capital of the Company.
