What did you expect - The BoD will get lovely options in HIBU granted and then up she goes with or without shareholders - but they are okay and will make millions on the back of the development paid for by YELL

I attended the AGM earlier.

I'll post a synopsis later but just want to clear one thing up.

Afterwards I confirmed from Tony Bates that the money to pay for Moonfruit (19 Million Quid) HAD come out of Q1 2013 cash flow (rather than last year's cash reserves).

When considering the stated decrease of 35Million on previous Q1 free cash therefore bare in mind that this includes 19Million spent buying a major asset for the business going forward.
