Yes to make a D4E viable, the share price would need to be 5p plus imo (otherwise at this price 100 billion shares might have to be issued) Adding today!

I have taken this comment from the iii board ... from one poster who says they were at the AGM and the question of existing shareholders dilution was (obviously) raised... look at Thursday/Friday comment from Bustjust...
Apologies if I did not make this clear and I'm not taking the BOD comments as a cert after side stepping their promise of an annoucement during the Microsoft conference which never happen!

Do you have the ticker for Tracsis please? Re EMIS the first thing i have noticed is that the share price has already rocketed to new highs...so not sure now is the time to invest? However, I will DYOR in case there is a strong case for further upside...thanks

Thanks, I will look at these shares...sorry but since my average here is 3p I'm happy to keep my "investment" here and await developments..Personally I feel share price is more likely to go up than down in the short term so hoping to at least get my money back....

If you want to make some money can I suggest emis or tracsis. Both are growing market share and entering new markets.

Fine...but "being taken over by lenders and being delisted" was not mentioned at the AGM...also BOD confirmed "that existing shareholder value will be protected" so I presume any D4E will be at least idential to the share price at the time... 18% is being shorted atm...might go lower following the decline post results
