Just had a quick look at the IPO Prospectus. Net debt stood at £2,245.9
million on 30 June 2015. I wonder why the company is so indebted?

I think this is just realigning to the general market sentiment. It's held up well over the last month so possibly due a correction.

Various press estimating a divi may come later this year. DyorKey reason for ipo was takeover threat. An excellent long term hold IMHO.

Morrisons is being pushed out of the FTSE 100 by recently floated payments processor Worldpay, Provident Financial and Irish services firm DCC.
Worldpay's market capitalisation has increased since its listing in October, valuing the business at £5.8bn and dwarfing Morrison's market value of £3.6bn.

Should be in a position to buy up much of the competition and consolidate as the big boy on the block.
