His reply:Shareholders agreed to put the Company into Voluntary Liquidation with 99.99% of shares voted supporting the resolution.It is thus for the Liquidators to update the website but they agreed at yesterdays meeting that they would do so including a transcript of yesterdays proceedings so I would expect that to be on the website shortly.SincerelySir Tony Baldry

Gis, as usual the Numpties are treating us with utter contempt as there has been no announcement on the website. We are getting the usual mushroom treatment.

Fut, the TdF reaches the high mountains today so the fun will start. Froome is looking good so lets see how he goes today.

We are entering our third day of solid rain today here in North Devon.

Rest day at the tour today, thank goodness riding my exercise bike while watching the tour but I have to get of my exercise bike and push it up the hills :-(

Harold I was told you are always on your best behaviour!Very hot out here but very inexpensive. Just wondering what will happen after Sunday. Not many Greek people commenting on it here. I suppose what will be will be. We go for walks most mornings and everytime we pass this building site they are just sitting by the shed. I doubt they move all day as they are in the same position when we come back, just the other side of the shed away from the suns rays.

Hi Ivan nice to hear from you. Just arrived and it's a lovely warm evening. Plenty of euros in the pocket and just consumed a lovely Greek meal. Lovely hotel with a room overlooking the sea. Very nice people, such a shame they are going through this.

Have a good holiday Gis. Enjoy the good exchange rate. You should get some good bargains, as they need your money to survive.

and don't forget to take your Euros with you, as the cash machines aren't well stocked with money, and you may find it difficult to get cash there.
