10/5/2015 13:24 | Not at the time Harold, but noticed it during my recent visits and emailed that address on 6th May. Regards | dave-w
10/5/2015 11:54 | Vraic, Sir TB stood down at the election and his successor was elected by a wide margin. Perhaps we will get a vote at the AGM and vote him out as the Non Executive Director. Dave - enjoy Portugal. Did you join the Woburn Action Group? If not then email me on woburnenergy@gmail.c However, not much information to pass on as it has all gone quiet pending the outcome of the dispute between the company and a former advisor. | harold larwood
09/5/2015 17:51 | Was Sir Tony elected ? | vraic
09/5/2015 15:57 | I fear you may be right, Harold. I read somewhere that no country has ever survived without going bankrupt having accumulated a level of debt as high as ours. Ah well, off to Portugal for a few weeks to warm up and forget it all in a sea of red wine. | dave-w
08/5/2015 23:37 | Dave, its going to be a tough time all around. While I am personally happy with the outcome, the Government still has to balance the books; invest in infrastructure and resolve the issue of Europe. there is a real possibility that England will leave the EU; Scotland will gain independence and, wanting to stay in Europe, will be forced into adopting the Euro. The election clearly showed the fault lines between England and Scotland - that is Scotland voted for a left leaning party while England rejected it and wanted to stay on the centre/right ground. It has the potential to be a real nightmare situation made only slightly pleasing as we have seen the back of the awful pair of Milliband and Balls and also the idiotic Hattie Harperson. Anyway, back to normality - the weather here has been cold and very windy so not a lot changes. | harold larwood
08/5/2015 17:55 | Heh, Heh! All that power and nothing to do with it. She will come to regret that "We are on the verge of winning a Westminster election" comment made in Edinburgh yesterday. | dave-w
07/5/2015 09:23 | Good morning all, thinking of going home today, can't take much more of the bed killing me. Sun out today and no wind! | futhark
06/5/2015 14:57 | Hi all. Thanks Dave, on Holliday at the moment in Exmouth picked the weather! The wind blew me in the opposite direction I wanted to go. Never mind home Sat for a rest. | futhark
06/5/2015 12:12 | Indeed Harold. Though more 'misguided and arithmetically dyslexic' than actually barking, which makes her all the more dangerous! Wish Fut well for me. I don't get to visit often nowadays. | dave-w
06/5/2015 09:45 | Dave - bad luck. She's barking although cogent when compared to the lunatic Aussie woman from the Green Party. | harold larwood
05/5/2015 17:10 | Thoughts of emigrating have rocketed straight through the top of my mind. I have to LIVE in Nicola's shangri-la-la-land! | dave-w
05/5/2015 13:08 | Heck of a storm last night but the greehouse survived so pleased with that. Only 2 days to go and then we herald in the start of the Socialist Worker's Paradise run by Len McClusky and Nicola Sturgeon with their awful "front men" Milliband and Balls. Thoughts of emigration are uppermost in my mind. Still, Sir TB will be re-elected as they weigh his votes rather than count them. | harold larwood
29/4/2015 22:54 | Breezy on the golf course today but the consolation was that I tried my latest brew this evening. A clone of Fuller's ESB - it tastes pretty good and should improve with a little more conditioning. | harold larwood
27/4/2015 07:44 | Morning everyone lovely day again. Still no news from numpty central. Oh well enjoy the day. Gis | gismo
22/4/2015 11:14 | Its the Directors who need shooting. | harold larwood
22/4/2015 10:04 | Good morning all, I'm still here. Let's face it this share is shot :-( | futhark
22/4/2015 06:59 | Morning sunny day again. Is anyone still here. Where's Futters? | gismo
17/4/2015 13:39 | Afternoon all, so has a date been fixed for all us poor sods to meet at your pad to sample your brew Harold amongst the leeks and carrots. I make a fantastic trifle with a stick of dynamite for decoration lol | gismo
17/4/2015 10:09 | Cliveas, all welcome. It would be great if as many people as possible were to attend the next meeting. the meeting should be concluded before any sampling of homebrew as the current batch looks like it will turn out at about 6%. I will brew up a special - "Woburn Woes" or "Shareholder's Ruin" or "Tony's Tipple" with just a dash of cyanide maybe. The last set of accounts showed that Sir T had earned a fee of $60+k - why? | harold larwood
16/4/2015 10:28 | On 24/06 we will have been suspended for two years! Is sir T standing for re election? If so perhaps now is the time to put the squeeze on. On a lighter note I seriously think we should meet up on resolution if only to sample Harolds home brew. | cliveas
16/4/2015 10:05 | TSG - yes. Leeks and tomato today. | harold larwood
15/4/2015 15:59 | Thanks percy thrower, have hou any contacts to support your thoughts. | theshareguru
15/4/2015 14:40 | TSG, I am assuming that as things haven't been settled then there is a dispute between the two parties. If Moyes and Co are right then it would appear on the surface that WBN has not received the correct information from the Operator - hence the possibility of pursuing a case aqainst them for fraud/mis-representa Beautiful day here. In the garden planting asparagus crowns and main crop potato. | harold larwood
15/4/2015 06:09 | Harold so there litigation could have been a blessing bringing this to light if it's correct did you get info from a good sauce ? E mail me answerif you like. | theshareguru |
