TSG, if this is contested then it could go to litigation in which case it could take ages.

If Moyes and Co are correct and that oil has been produced and reported to the relevant auithorities in Colombia but not by the operator to the partners then, as far as I can see, that would be fraud in which case WBN would have a substantial claim.

Played like an idiot over the weekend - very disappointing - but the brew yesterday went like a dream. Followed that up with my best round of the year so far.

Maybe my luck is turning.

Morning harold, just looked in to see if any more info from numpty central
Surely they have had enough time to sought out litigation.

Gis, I agree.

Bright but breezy here and full of trepidation as I tee off this afternoon in the Bideford Bay Foursomes. Its the World's largest Foursomes event and played over 2 days at Saunton East and Royal North Devon. Fingers crossed.

If we play well today then its early to bed - if not then its an evening commiserating with the homebrew - current brew has turned out to be the best so far so planning a mega 100 litre brew for Tuesday.

Hi Scaleyman, nice to hear from you. Morning Fut, new car eh, what did you get?

Greece sounds lovely in this weather. Trees down here during the night and it's still blowing a gale. Supposed to be sunny this afternoon so that's a bonus.

I can't lose interest, they've got my money!

Lovely day playing golf yesterday and a big brew day today while Mrs L re-digs the bits that I dug over the other day.

Hola Gis et al.

Spent a day in the garden under the instructions of Mrs L. Apparently, I am digging incorrectly.

I thought that that "career downtime" was all about recharging the batteries, playing golf more often and enjoying life!!

I'm thinking of taking up a paper round.
