|412069: digger.... my emails and calls were returned!
Ok in theory he wont sell UNTIL that is they are worth far more than todays share price.
Thats his plan his record shows this, why would he change the way he's gone about doing bisiness this time.|
|smalltimeinvestor: Wonder when the BOD will release final results? Last year it was on the 16th. The year before the 2nd. With so little happening you would have thought they would be done. The only excuse I can think of is death but if that had happened we'd have probably seen a jump in the share price!!|
|smalltimeinvestor: Typical for the BOD. Do they even know the share price rose dramatically?|
|smalltimeinvestor: Obviously the market does not like the terms of current management's proposed "transformational transaction". Share price down 40% from when it was announced yesterday.|
|w0lf0fwallstreet: Inorder to buy the assets I feel that the share price will rise considerably for them to issue more shares less dilution 10 to 15p|
|w0lf0fwallstreet: The only way the board can stay is if they put a effort in to increase value for stake holders sharp rise in share price will help having bloody rejected 10p offer idiots|
|412069: Does this below read Milroys group will not at any wages for there services! If so that's £300k saved the first year...
What we can confirm, that the current board would not benefit financially if our resolutions to change the board are approved, other than through the increase in the share price which will benefit all shareholders.|
|dan de lion: As always it is a bet on the well, if the last well is successful WSX share price will go up and they would become attractive to a predator, also, with an increase in share price they could go for a cash raising exercise(placing/rights)to give them enough cash to see them thro`, if the well is dry all bets are off, the only hope would be to sell out for whatever they could get or struggle on taking their salaries until administration.|
|smalltimeinvestor: Thought I would update one of my older posts with the new numbers. Share price down 85% in 9 months.
November 2012 - 7p share price - Throw out founder/MD
August 2013 - 1.1p share price - Drill 3 dry holes. Do nothing in Juan de Nova, UK or SADR. Still no resolution or settlement with Dekker.
Still no progress on any front in 9+ months of management. Only action during that time is removal of Dekker and probable increase in director fees(to be exposed in less than two months). A very poor record indeed.|
|liquid millionaire: Rather surprised that BBE has not yet moved up on the back of the recently strong WSX share price|
