Lord Tim Razzall, the Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 46,000,000 ordinary 0.1p shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.15p per share. Lord Razzall now holds 80,965,986 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 7.23% of the Company's Ordinary Shares.

BT has to buy either delayed from Friday or just reported today...

also its not an on market transaction as volumes were not even slightly close to that over the last week.....its also just under 3% of the new share capital....so perhaps there should be rns whoever or whatever it is....

I guess not M4. I only ask as I thought it would have gone a bit higher on Friday so a large sell could have held it back, but yeah, I doubt you could sell 46m at 0.15p.

Why don't you give Phil Jackson a call and ask him ?

You can read the rns and determine a view based on optimism or pessimism or realism or communism or nudism .. Or whatever however you need to draw your own viewpoint based on what you think from the research you've done and either buy , sell or hold....
