Since the year end the Gaming & Payments Software division has seen a positive start to the year, boosted by the subsequent acquisition of Sormelle Limited, announced on 13 September 2013. This division is currently generating increasing revenues through the provision of on-line payment systems for Ladbrokes, and other gaming and non-gaming merchants in a number of jurisdictions has seen an encouraging growth in use.

Disclosure of Holding

The Second Trinity Trust yesterday informed the Company that on 13 September 2013 it disposed of 15,000,000 ordinary 0.1p shares ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.1 pence per share. John Botros is the trustee of The Second Trinity Trust and Company Secretary of TWL. Following this disposal, John Botros will have a total interest in 43,903,058 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 3.92% of the Company's Ordinary Shares, including 3,337,779 Ordinary Shares as trustee of the Second Trinity Trust.

OK, so back in May, about 59mn shares were issued to four individuals excluding those issued to Lord Razzell in lieu of cash payments.

Williams has so far sold 37mn that we know about, but was issued 15mn back in May.

Botros got 23mn. Has he sold any yet? Flitcroft got 13.6mn. Has he sold?

69k isnt helping out is it...its being a greedy piggy with his own cash - cant see a politician helping anyone out except himself

the 2 sellers both got shares for fees owed back in May....read back all the information is there.

Jeff Williams informed the Company on 24 September 2013 that, further to the earlier announcement of 24 September 2013, he disposed of a further 5,000,000 ordinary 0.1p shares ("Ordinary Shares") during the previously reported period. As a result, Mr Williams now has an interest in 41,905,392 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 3.74% of the Company's Ordinary Shares. This includes Ordinary Shares held by pension funds of which Mr Williams and his wife are the beneficiaries.

also given he just told us he was selling up to the 20th from 16th of August he's probably finished (or why not keep the sell order open....)
