This deal is only worth it IF a major development is about to take place imho

Razzle adding would suggest something may be near final sign off..

The vendor of Sormelle is Kevin Dale, and the consideration for the Acquisition will be satisfied wholly through the issue of 324,895,331 new TWL ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") to Mr Dale, equivalent to a value of GBP422,364 at yesterday's closing mid-market price of 0.13 pence per Ordinary Share. Sormelle was incorporated on 25 April 2012, and has yet to produce any audited accounts. Sormelle has reached breakeven point, and is currently generating monthly fee revenues of around GBP20,000.

Goal Millions will continue to operate under licence through Vamagaming, but with next to no promotional budget, its contribution to the Company's revenue stream is expected to be negligible. With Media Corp now having ceased substantially all of its trading business the Company will now become an investing company under rule 15 of the AIM Rules for Companies. In doing so, the Company must adopt an investing policy which will be subject to shareholder approval at a general meeting. Following the adoption of an investing policy it is likely that the Company will dispose of its interest in Intabet and its associated intellectual property.
