On 15 April 2008, Virotec International plc (the "Company") (AIM: VTI) received
notification from Mr. D.V. Penman, c/o Barnsdale Hall, Nr Stamford Road, Oakham,
Rutland, LE15 8AB, that as a result of a purchase of £750,000 shares on 8 April
