where will VOG get the money from for Matanda Seismic, already estimated between $10m to $20m. The loan will be fully utilised paying for VOG share of the $40m, with $20m liability already with Gdc.The cash flow simply doesn't appear to balance...if Grynberg wins the Arbitration then VOG is in financial trouble from what I can tell. but fatknacker, you are clearly an expert in such matters and have no worries.

You should be advised that Mr Grynberg is highly respected...with the highest morality. We are lucky to have him on board, keeping a close eye on proceedings which he is clearly unhappy about, hence the Arbitration. for me, how the heck can X2 drills, noting batch drilling, ie one off mobilisation, plus to low depth, cost $40m. Someone please itemise and fully justify such costs..I presume the Arbitration will provide a confidential decision on this. I would have preferred open litigation for obvious reasons, giving full exposure to any allegations and resolution .. Ie no behind the doors agreements, or deals, that may then result in further dilution if our partner is remedied reduced costs, potentially hidden to shareholders.
