Versarien Plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced materials engineering group, announces that further to the Company's announcement on 20 December 2023, the Group audit for the year ended 30 September 2023 ("FY23") remains ongoing and the FY23 results are now expected to be released by 31 March 2024, rather than in early February as previously indicated.
