So the last 3 half years have been (approximately)H1 4mH2 7mH1 8m( will exceed but I rounded down)Full,year will be 'in excess of 16m' ( nicely worded) so I am assuming 17m and EBITDA of 8% after innoven investmentSo EBITDA would be 1.4m on my calcs( I rounded up a little)Does anyone have any eps forecasts for this year?

"Furthermore Venn's Interactive Response Technology ("IRT") department, which centralises the randomisation of patients for Phase I to IV clinical trails and manages the logistics of these studies, has successfully qualified as a service provider to a top ten Pharmaceutical client and has been awarded an initial project involving thirty sites in China. I had seen the ACSO thread heads up from Rivaldo a few days ago - and todays RNS confirmed the direction of travel/potential.

I too was pleasantly surprised that it was not marked up on open and jumped in to take my 90k (in 2 tranches).

On fundamentals the share price still looks very reasonable but I envy those who got in at 18p.

Was a great opportunity a couple of months ago, when we did not have much
interest here, but a overhang, Mr E took advantage and averaged down at 18p
just goes to show what a few months make

This is a solid result. This should easily see the 30p breach. Once again a major validation of the growing strength. More business, more cash, more profit and long term growth, both by acquisition and with these organic reaches going out to Asia.

Rivaldo, it will not be a minnow for much longer if they keep up this pace.

The good news continues:

- a major €2.8m contract win providing further visibility fir this and next year
- and successful qualification "as a service provider to a top ten Pharmaceutical client" and the awarding of "an initial project involving thirty sites in China".

This is great stuff for a £16m m/cap minnow, and shows the quality and expertise of the management, who've done this all before:

following the AGM statement there could be an imminent update re Innovenn

As we mentioned in our Final Results announcement Innovenn made significant progress in 2015 moving from its development phase into commercialisation. We have stated our intention to reposition this business such that it has an independent footing, its own source of funding and a value that can be clearly established. I am please to say that we have made excellent progress in this undertaking and we are confident that the forthcoming proposals will provide a clear quantifiable benefit for Venn shareholders as well as provide a means to more clearly demonstrate the strong performance of Venn's core CRO business. It is our hope to be able to provide more details to shareholders on this repositioning during the following month.

I have a wide range of investments but don't really post that much anymore. I don't hold any of those though. Held this more about 6 months
