No reason for them to sell with all the recent newsflow and updates VENN have provided. Their portfolio has 140,000 shares which is now at an all time high and a strong hold is warranted. Long way to go here. Good to see some regulars topping up on any weakenss. I would have too but overweight here already at much cheaper prices. Dyor.

Thanks for that pentangle. Much appreciated. I agree that VENN is a Strong Buy. as do many of us I'm sure. At least Techinvest haven't recommended their subscribers should sell yet. Happy to wait for several years for this one to hopefully come good, accumulating on any significant dips in the share price

There is a piece in Techinvest referring to the recent contract win etc. They continue to rate Venn as Strong Hold. My personal view, however, is Strong Buy!

The Innoven announcement seems to have been delayed somewhat, maybe Brexit? Trust the board to make the right deal for shareholders.

Any thoughts on the subject?

And to put things into perspective, less than 1% of the company's issued share capital. Hopefully, they'll be no more sales in the pipeline but if there are, and the share price dips once more, I'll be buying again

Well obviously a massive discount to the share price & whoever it is has a reason, their reason is not my problem. We are all entitled to change our view but for me this is clearly one to hold or buy if not already invested.
