Directors' Dealings 
 
 
On 21 January 2009, the Company received notification from Keith Witter, a 
Non-executive Director of the Company, that on 29 May 2008 he pledged 6,015 
common shares in the Company as security (along with other assets) against his 
margin account with his broker-dealer. The agreement is for an indefinite period 
and is not currently in default. 
 
 
The Company has also received notification from Kwabena Gyimah-Brempong, a 
Non-executive Director of the Company, that on 29 March 2007 he pledged 15,000 
common shares in the Company as security against a loan with The Bank of Tampa. 
The Company was also advised that on 23 June 2008 he pledged an additional 3,500 
common shares upon renewal of the same loan. The agreement is for a one year 
period and is not currently in default. 
 
 
The Company has also been advised that on 30 April 2008, Mr Witter exercised 
11,015 options over common shares in the Company at $6.99 per share. Following 
the exercise of those options, Mr Witter's beneficial holding in the Company 
totals 13,315 common shares, representing approximately 0.11% of common shares 
issued. In addition, on 31 March 2008, Sam Reiber, an Executive Director of the 
Company, exercised 20,000 options over common shares in the Company at $5.84 per 
share. Following the exercise of those options, Mr Reiber's beneficial holding 
in the Company totals 53,150 common shares, representing approximately 0.44 % of 
common shares issued.
