22/1/2017 17:59 | I have a feeling it could be a good week for the SP | calmtrader
22/1/2017 16:42 | Ok Canny. No offence intended. I too have not had much of a sniff of a divvy on AIM, but a couple who have mentioned it in passing but abjectly failed to deliver. Probably will be the same here. I've never invested in AIM for income, and I'm sure no-one else does either, certainly not bigger fish. That is why I couldn't understand the comment. 20/1/2017 20:52 | Nothing sinister on my part Topicel. For me it's just the small fact of all the aim stock I hold, this is the first hint of a dividend payment I have ever had. I've got to see it through for the novelty of it. That aside though, I have great hopes now for the future of UEN and see great opportunity for growth well into double figures (without the hinted share consolidation). Any dividend I receive I would happily reinvest into this hoped growth. | canny lass
20/1/2017 20:14 | I take it the lol's are because the divvy is not likely to be significant to us PIs? Or am I missing something? Maybe Canny Lass and Tone have a percentage or two in these thus making it worthwhile to hold and reinvest for divvies? Topicel | topicel
20/1/2017 16:13 | a complete re-rate is on its way for this stock i beleive | calmtrader
20/1/2017 12:48 | Me too Tone. LOL. I can't miss out on that opportunity. I'll be looking to directly reinvest them back into shares if TD have that facility for this stock. Good times ahead. | canny lass
20/1/2017 12:19 | I won't be selling any at 7p this time round .I'm here for my divvy. lol. | tone the bone1
20/1/2017 11:26 | The person who offloaded 2420 shares for 3.76p needs to change their broker. I have tried two dummy sells for 50,000 shares, one pre and the other post of this trade and have been offered 3.95p on both occasions. | canny lass
20/1/2017 11:26 | Maybe that was it Tone. I know we were out for a liquid lunch with friends and rolled back late afternoon and the UEN spike was incredible but had dissipated by Monday. I don't recall anything about mis-quoted figures. Either way, all history and if we get back around 7-10p many LTHs will have some thinking to do... Topicel | topicel
20/1/2017 10:57 | The last spike I remember Topicel was when reserve figures were miss printed or miss read I am not sure which and in an hour or so we went over 10p and then back down as quickly as it had risen. I sold 300,000 at 7p and have since bought them back I am pleased to say. This wont take much to rise again but not only for a few hours imo but like always we wait . | tone the bone1
20/1/2017 10:36 | Who recalls that Friday afternoon in 2015 when the price surged from around these levels to 7p or more? It didn't last the weekend, or am I dreaming it all? Topicel | topicel
20/1/2017 09:54 | Yes all proportional to increase in company value/share price accordingly.Canny lass yes spelt out targets for transparency should be on the agenda. | martyn9
20/1/2017 09:27 | Neily, well pointed out. It seems about right to give incentive to key managers but as said by a few here the directors are on good pay as it is and any reward to them should and will come from increased share price. | chavitravi2
20/1/2017 08:59 | I wish they would concentrate on achieving a successful new well drill with a decent confirmed flow of bblpd than divvying out shares to each other in anticipation of what might be . . | tone the bone1
20/1/2017 08:47 | yep its a pity we dont see the KPI's but i believe the key performance target they go by is EBITDA...But of course the awards only increase in value if the share price goes up!! | calmtrader
20/1/2017 08:43 | Andrew Shrager, Chairman, commented: "As recently announced, we believe that the time is right to start making preparations for a significant step up in the development of our reserves, both those long held and those resulting from our recent acquisitions and new licence awards. It is important therefore that we have strong incentives for our key managers to ensure that we can fulfil our plans effectively". | neilyb675
20/1/2017 08:41 | Canny. You didn't miss anything. The terms are not transparent and have not been released in any RNS or contained in any document available on the Urals website. I would presume that Adler would have had a say in approving. A bit of a cheek that options are not linked to shareprice performance but only personal targets ( and hopefully some company financial target !! ). Although you would think with the granting of these options the directors would be sufficiently motivated to collectively see that the company pushes on and grows and thereby the share price reacts positively increasing their holding values! | djmoggy
20/1/2017 08:24 | Is there a document that I have missed that outlines the targets that need to be met to justify the share incentive reward. Are the targets collectively the same for all persons, or do different persons/roles have varying differing targets. Unless I have missed something it all seems a bit vague. I'm not saying I'm not in favour of the idea, but the objectives for reward should be clearly identified. | canny lass
20/1/2017 08:20 | What a ridiculous spread 3.75/4.75 when the actual trading spread is approximately 4.00/4.25. Seeing this excessive spread must defer some investors from investing. Criminal really. | canny lass
20/1/2017 07:51 | Good incentive to perform, results equal to shares makes good sense to me. | martyn9
19/1/2017 13:02 | I don't think just now it's unreasonable to think it will take consistent 51k buys and few sells to move it up significantly. That said, if people see this as a good play for later this year and beyond then it's not unreasonable to think new players will come in if the song is sung by those paid to do so. | chavitravi2
19/1/2017 11:02 | As usual chav!!! lets see if the 51k buy brings it back? | martyn9
19/1/2017 09:58 | Mm's are having laugh! | chavitravi2
19/1/2017 09:09 | With Adler holdings , the directors and us the die hard private investors . I don't see there being large amounts of tradable shares out there . This share goes up and down 10% on small volumes of 100,000 If a bigger fish comes along and takes a bite there is only one way for UEN to go .imo 2017...... so far so good . Dividends? never saw that one coming ! | tone the bone1
19/1/2017 09:02 | Darren81 probably means the slow steady rise is preferable to previous single day rockets and almost equally fast returns of 100%, or more or less! This has simply regained much of the oversold position, but not yet all at just £10m market cap. Many of us LTHs know Adler, who hold circa 44% of the issued share capital, bought in here as high as 12p, and after three years of limited direction and purpose at board level - largely macro related to be fair - we are now aiming to expand and make significant earnings increases for the size of company. So while 100% in six weeks is obviously impressive it has indeed been slow and steady judging UEN historically... It has always had the potential of being a little cash cow, but so far only for those at the top. Now we might be seeing a more generous all-investors-alike approach. Topicel | topicel |
