02/2/2017 09:27 | At double the share price this is well supported on fundamentals. Really have found a gem here. | gregpeck7
02/2/2017 09:26 | Calm/Canny et al. One would think judging by the frequency of your buying that some of you will be requiring a seat on the board soon! | djmoggy
02/2/2017 08:59 | canny i may aload of money on 88e from 1.2 to 3.6 where the market cap became silly and still is( compare it to UEN and 88e haven't produced a drop of oil yet crazy.. | calmtrader
02/2/2017 08:50 | Nice Calm, I tried another dummy buy and most offered online was £50K. I have just offloaded a few stocks I held that are not performing BBY, 88E and MYN. I might dip my toe in again later today. | canny lass
02/2/2017 08:49 | Agreed gregpeck7 and what a shame we are not being marketed to attract new investors long term or short . | tone the bone1
02/2/2017 08:47 | Canny Lass/Calm Trader - nice one. I'd do the same, but have to be content with holding, as very heavily into AST. The price for this stock seems to be so sensitive to buys at the moment. Seems to want to reflect increased market cap (and rightly so in my opinion). Be great to see this one creep up by 5-10% per day... no more than that - so that it stays under the radar as far as possible... | jakecat1
02/2/2017 08:43 | Trolls? Most investors are unaware of this let alone trolls... | gregpeck7
02/2/2017 08:37 | i grabbed a cheeky 25k.......another little snippet "Over the last 12 months, taking advantage of our financial position, we have transformed the Company's reserve base through licence extensions and acquisitions of further licenses, from 50 million bbl 2P to approximately 100 million bbl 2P equivalent. The average cost of acquisitions have been approximately 9 cents US /bbl." | calmtrader
02/2/2017 08:27 | Nice buy canny,i wish i had more funds available. | martyn9
02/2/2017 08:24 | Chavitravi2,What you lack in financial expertise you make up in personality mate This one will hopefully be the share that proves you to be a"fine investor". Bring on the Trolls. We are going up! . | tone the bone1

01/2/2017 22:38 | This from the half year results...this company is smashing the lights out ..30% margin and this was with oil @low 40's and without Artic acquisition!!"-- EBITDA* increased to US$2.2 million from US$1.3 million for the first six months of 2015, an increase of 69%, with simultaneous growth in EBITDA margins to 30.1% from 18.3% | calmtrader
01/2/2017 22:25 | CGT tax free allowance for 2016-17 is £10,600 or £21,200 for a married couple. ISA allowance is £15,200 | downsize
01/2/2017 20:03 | Thanks Arab3. I think that means 22,200 then for the joint account with the Mrs? I'm a bit behind the door with the tax thing see as I have never made a profit, been in the same two shares for about 9yrs and still worth less than I paid. Lousy investor or what. | chavitravi2
01/2/2017 19:53 | Re volume - if you don't include the bed and ISAs trading today was actually a quite thin at around 225k with just under 1/2 of that sells. And yet we still managed a reasonable gain. As ever with this share there is very little free float and it doesn't take much to move it quickly. More than happy to see slow steady rise though. | mawc
01/2/2017 19:19 | thanks calmtrader, its good to be involved - I'm in for some more tomorrow once I've freed up funds. appreciate the heads up on the latest update while I was on the beach too :) | budgetbond
01/2/2017 19:05 | £11,100 before you pay any cgt for 2016/2017 | arab3
01/2/2017 19:02 | Budget welcome!! | calmtrader
01/2/2017 18:52 | I've had this share on my watch list for 7 years - I'm finally satisfied its going to move in the right direction and have piled in. Volume has been much higher today than recent times | budgetbond
01/2/2017 18:10 | Thanks Tone, interesting collection of shares. THAL has pulled back a little to 63p after hitting 70p. The company are buying back shares so hopefully all good in the long run. They need to get some more good numbers from the business at the next set of results to get it moving. | rcturner2
01/2/2017 17:47 | No I don't mean in ISA, I mean just in ordinary share account. The last I knew it was about £11k you could make before paying tax on the rest. | chavitravi2
