Issue of Equity

 

The Board of Unicorn AIM VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that, in connection with the Offer for Subscription launched by the Company on 26 January 2024 to raise up to a total of £20 million ("Offer"), on 11 March 2024 it unconditionally allotted and issued 18,692,025 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at prices ranging between 106.97 p and 110.38 p per share. 

 

As announced on 15 February 2024 the Offer was fully subscribed and is now closed for new applications. In total 18,692,025 Ordinary Shares were issued by the Company pursuant to the Offer, raising in aggregate, £20 million before costs.

 

An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 18,692,025 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities, and dealings are expected to commence on 13 March 2024.

 

Following this allotment, the Company now has 194,826,326 Ordinary Shares in issue.
