powwow it has some interesting patented tracking technology, a deal with Horseracing Regulatory Authority who have made the use of its GoingStick compulsary at all racecourse from Jan 09, it has a website which displays all GoingStick data for the punters to visit and it has at least £300k in cash.

TGMS had £1.17m in net liabilities. That means it was bought for an enterprise value of nearly £1.5m

jdhurry goinstick isd already being used by ascot ,cheltenham,kempton and others.contracts also abroad.racing post also uses its data along with channel4 racing and the bbc.

encarter re.213 true they can't issue shares below 10p but they must have needed cash hence the sale of TGMS on the cheap - a last resort assuming bank not interested and no-one inhouse prepared to loan? The cash they have now is probably just enough to last until the Goingstick becomes mandatory.

I just checked back over Wednesday to Friday and only about 500k shares were dumped to take the shares down from 4p to 0.3p. This is just ludicrous!!

Any buying of even a modest amount of shares will push these back to at least 2p. A modest amount of shares is about two grand's worth
