company restructuring not going bust and they raised 17 mill in jan from float + 300k yesterday.wake up mm,s are taking the p-ss.mkt cap 280k.300k yesterday alone.5p+ is the real asset value

The £ 4.2m from the float must be long gone, why else put subsids down the pan within 6 months of floating? If I were a betting man, I would put a wager on Inspector Knacker entering as a late runner.

jdhurry mkt cap 310k.beggars belief they got 300k in cash plus if the business they sold today gets sold in 5 years they get any profits in the difference.this is a no brainer.people think they are in admin they are not.

a very strange day they sell part of the company for 300k or .75p.assets bought from sagenta for 1.25 mill.newlands gave them 4.2 mill a few months back,raised 18 mill in jan.this price is crazy.no need too raise equity.they must have 2.5 mill in assets or an egm is required.no egm business as usual.hmm

looks like pi,s have read the rns all wrong pre.4 parts i sold for 300k ,1 into admin and 2 still trading here and abroad.some revenues from overseas activity would be good.remember they bought sagentia patents for intellectual property for 330k@40p.1.25 mill which they still hold,this could get very cheap pre.

no need for funds or issue of shares 300k will be used for working capital.not bust as many predicted.hopefully over the coming days people in at 40p will start buying too average down.big riser and more news too come me thinks.
