Got my letter from HL . I think they are saying if you accept you will get the cash equivalent bonus shares too even if it completes before June? (If you were in at IPO)

I think you have summed it up pretty well. ;-)
Tick the box and accept the offer or sell them yourself.

However if you got them in the IPO and you sell them now, you will miss out on the 5% bonus shares promised by Lloyds

The way I read it (admittedly pre-coffee) doesn't suggest there are many options available. You either accept it and get 340p, or you don't accept it... and you get another chance to give the right answer later. Apparently it's based on the Scottish independence model. ;-)

careful: It is the usual scenario in every single takeover approach. Look at Pfizer Astrazeneca one; as soon as the news came out AZN shares jumped 20% whereas PFZ shares dropped 7%.

The reason behind is; there will be a huge amount of cash coming out of the buyer's account, which creates uncertainty for investors....

On the other hand shares jump for the approached company as the market confirms its current price with the offer...

According to todays Daily Telegraph, the shares of Spanish bank buying TSB fell 10% yesterday because of fears a rights issue will be needed to fund this takeover.
i was out yesterday so just for info.

330p resistance, if we manage to breat it today we can find tomorrow's highs as behind 330p level is clear on level2

Yes your right, the odds are in out favour.Even an outside chance of a second offer from a rival, although bit of a long shot.
