02/7/2014 14:12 | Why do you post the same old dribble again and again I wonder? | ianpuddifoot
02/7/2014 10:19 | Overpriced, no divi for three years.Big seller of another batch if price rises. Also further dilution with free shares in a years time.Below pricing price I see. | montyhedge
01/7/2014 09:38 | Well they were expected to get away sub 250 from memory without the American hedge funds, so clearly some way to fall is very possible. | envirovision
01/7/2014 09:25 | If we get the usual summer sell-off in equities - then expect TSB to be trading 10% below the offer price - approx. 260p. I am looking to buy some at the end of August 2014. | younasm
30/6/2014 14:28 | christh, They are just shorters - trying to spread fear on all BBs. Having said that, I'm still pleased with my first day exit on this one at a very healthy profit in just over an hour. Fingers crossed you get an uplift on TSB to fry a few of the said shorters. | fjgooner
30/6/2014 13:55 | montyhedge 30 Jun'14 - 09:54 - 155 of 155 why do you worry whether there is a divi or not? There might be growth. Why would a large seller want to sell? How do you know that?Did they tell you or the crystal ball? Anyway... Why do you care? You sold out, you should move elsewhere. Unless off course you telling us so you can buy back cheap? Which one is it then? I am not selling my shares, so on your bike! | christh
30/6/2014 09:54 | Back to placing price, IPO fever must of taken over investors.Great to stag on move on.No dividend for 3 years, further dilution in a years time and a massive seller in the wings waiting to dump another tranche. Lol | montyhedge
30/6/2014 02:06 | That dilution may be a bit of a mirage though: the percentage of private investors who still have their original shares in a year's time may be quite low, especially if the share price shoots up. Or it may not, of course :) | loldemort
29/6/2014 19:17 | "For people with over £2000 of shares, is the 1-20 offer not a kind of dilution?" - No kind of about it ... yes. Agree with Monty on this one. | keith95
27/6/2014 17:48 | Crazy price movement here towards the end....4.20pm 276p to buy and 8 mins later 285p to sell... | diku
27/6/2014 16:17 | No dividend for three years, plus a massive seller in the wings of the rest of the stock. Below placing price coming my view. | montyhedge
27/6/2014 09:20 | Back to placing price I reckon. No dividend for 3 years who are the buyers now?Ok in placing 1 free share if held, but that's no good for new buyers. | montyhedge
26/6/2014 11:59 | I don't know Joe, they also get it(up to £2000 providing they hold long enough)anyhow I thought it was all in the 35% IPO. | joeall
26/6/2014 11:27 | No dividend for three years, better companies elsewhere, stag it and moved on. | montyhedge
26/6/2014 09:13 | For people with over £2000 of shares, is the 1-20 offer not a kind of dilution? | joestalin
26/6/2014 09:01 | For people with up to £2000 of shares, is the 1-20 offer not a kind of divi. | joeall
26/6/2014 08:22 | So Monty If someone is buying for the divi just when should they do it? You obviously don't think it should be 3 years before first payout so what about 30 months, 2 years, 18 months the day before ex perhaps? If peeps buy for the divi the price will rise the closer it gets to divi day. It will start slowly but rate of rise will generally increase as divi day draws closer until someone buying for divi today may just consider that in a years time, as peeps continue to buy for divi and price rises accordingly, I might just as well take the capital appreciation as it is worth more than any divi. So start talking sense and put your brain into gear. People buy and sell shares for many reasons and present value of a divi in three years may make the current share price worthwhile for some. | darias
25/6/2014 19:31 | Banks without legacy issues like tsb are money making machines. Very good long time hold | manonph
25/6/2014 17:47 | Anyone buying now no dividend for three years, are they having a laugh at this price. | montyhedge
