Still huge dis-count to NAV so quite a reasonable margin of s-afety IMHO. Surprised it didnt go higher first thing, I think you've been lucky.

Looking back at the last several notes in this thread we had:

Cash of 5p and assets of 23p

We have now sold DB lost 11.8m of assets or 5.6p per share
and gained 12.1m of cash or 5.7p per share.

So we should have cash of 10.7p and assets of 17.4p

will we see a divi of 10p soon ?
If so at the closing ask of 13.5p we would be left we an share price of 3.5p covering assest of 18p. I suspect that the market will think that is low and expect more like 6p for the 18p of assets in view of the difficulties.

So my guess is that this might settle at about 16p next week.

I'm not sure why they didn't announce a distribution, maybe something else is about to get resolved.

The possible outcomes

1. INDIAREIT get their act together and find an excellent replacement waving this years fees to show good will:-)
2. INDIAREIT replaced by new company approved of by board/shareholders perhaps also without the emotional attachment/history of the previous manager and focussed firmly effective liquidation.
3. Long harmful struggle to find a replacement or to get INDIAREIT to comply with their repsonsibilities.
4. Sell the whole fund to another with a manager and contacts already in place at NAV or a small discount to NAV.
5. Unincentivised manager sells assets too cheap

3/5 seem ok. Are there any I've missed.

Wonder if this was what was driving the price down? Not even a fractional move on the news.

Nearly a million through at the mid price according to ADVFN trades....institution maybe?

Impossible to answer, long term holders are probably totally hacked off with it. Medium term holders are happy because theyve had the original value of their investment back and their current holding owes them nothing :-)

Recent buyers are probably feeling twitchy and trying to wait as calmly as possible for the next disposal or distribution news.

Have you got any?

154% potential rise from the TRC buy price to NAV feels good and the following from the accounts brings on a cigar purchasing frame of mind but as we will see the makets can and will do anything.

"In March 2009, shareholders voted to change Trinity's investment policy by requiring the company to gradually
dispose of its assets over time and return capital to investors."

From note 1 of the accounts.
