27m exactly mate thats why TVZ will not go under. They will either re-finance and it will do a CPP- get a takeover bid and it will soar or get an MBO and it will soar. Nil Brainer down here.

You don't do this with a public company and public money.Also if Molyneux sold shares then it was done on inside information.

Iv had my own company for 20 years it's standard practice to ditch bad debt ridden company - and then carry on under new name ( Ltd. company can not touch it

They stayed within the law because the law is a con allowing them to do this.I want to know if Molyneux sold any of his 15m shares in last 2 months.Also, they will do everything possible to protect the reputation of their new company. Itravel2000 and cruiseprofessionals.We should take a stand and tell them that their whole LDC and then Aldenham setup was a massive con. The same director gave finance. Then withdraw it. Then bought the companies with another company of his that he setup 3 months ago..Stinks

Everyone knew the risks here. You and I had an opportunity to sell, we didn't, take it on the chin.

No firm will take on your class action.

Surely the main lender was always going to buy the assets. It is the structure of the deal that is important and determines if PI's get anything. The main lender, with the company's head in a noose, won't exactly be paying a premium. I very much doubt TVZ will rise from these ashes but I doubt we'll have to wait long for an announcement as they've been organising this structure for weeks. All IMHO.

But then - "As an independent and private owner, we are committed to making decisions and dedicating resources to support the future growth of the itravel2000 brand and building on its fantastic business, team and offering."

I'm not invested here - just looking to see whether there is scope.

From the wording, "a significant and exciting business milestone for US"I am guessing the offer will be more than the debt level? Otherwise, why making the deal at all, wouldn't it be easier to just let the company go into the administration?
