Deeply discounted rights or placing rather than bank facility is a possibility here. Rampers beware, IMHO. Todays rise on nothing but hope and no fact. Outbound travel industry in Canada in dire straits.

I'm baffled by the constant rise, it shows no matter what kind of stock is on the top risers people will chase, getting funding for a company that looks to be in a
dire condition, I will never understand it.

But aren't many AIM companies risky? Am holding until next development..... But have already got back my capital. So even if it turns out to be a dog, I'm not making a loss. :D

isn't the point that the business will probably be saved but doesn't mean shareholders will get anything ? Made a nice profit here from the lows, but too risky to hold for me

This is fact and I'm not trying to ramp the share. I can't think of any logical reason behind why the company would keep extending the credit facility if the business is not worth saving?

Read the interim results, they might get financing but the company itself seems
to be struggling badly, tiny operating profit on high turnover.

I still will never understand the demand for this stock, all they are doing is
switching lenders and trying to get a new deal.

Before this happened it was 0.75p, and without a deal yet the shares trade at
double the price.

The business is on it's knees, have any of the rampers actually read the last
few sets of results ?
