The timing has been delayed a few days which slightly messes up the PR programme. The consolidation and name change were meant for November 1st and now it is going to be the Amazon Home commercial Launch day of November 4th.

They should have just run with the Toumaz name and share issue until the next AGM.

A positive review of the Echo. Given its success in the States, there is clearly a market for smart speakers which Minuet should be able to tap into. It's just a pity we're not in the Echo itself:

Does anyone really believe in this company any more? Old FS have 80% share of DAB, only once made a profit, by sacking the silicon team. Got a silicon team by reverse takeover of Toumaz, raised investment for Sensium Health, spent it on audio products, loss making, until they- you guessed it- sacked the silicon team. So what's left for the future?

Yes, if investing on a good opportunity for next year, this would be a good buy. Topped up yesterday to put away. I have a 4p to 5p target for next year as a conservative range. We will see.

That is good news. If the Google Cast products do well over Xmas, it will set TMZ up for a strong 2017, as more Cast enabled products come out powered by Minuet.

As the CEO has said, opportunities are opening up in the States for the company thanks to Google which should bring a big boost to earnings. Because Google has a global reach, their relationship with TMZ could be very prosperous and I have a good feeling about the firm's future.

They remind me of IMG around 10 years ago, when they were in good shape and juicy contracts were lining up, but the share price was low because they were seen as all potential but no delivery, until they won the GPU slot for the iPhone. TMZ/FS are in a similar situation now, but if Google Cast products do exceptional business then TMZ's earnings will be transformed, as will the share price

2017 could be the breakthrough year and, if nothing else, it will be the first full year without the loss making health division. On that front, I hope TSC sell Senisum in the next 4 years for a thumping profit (for the price they paid, that would not be hard!), as TMZ will get 19% of the proceeds. It would be good to get some of that investment back over and above the derisory £1.3M TSC paid.

Yes it's all about making profits for shareholders. If they can double revenue in next couple as years as they recently said they hoped to do then that will mean more than £10m in profits which should translate into at least 4x the current market valuation.
However first things first. We need to see the first Minuet products in the market in November and see how things go from there.
I see the next 5-8 months as the period of market acceptance and if that goes to plan some much bigger volumes in H2 next year.

Not long to go now.

YH and CT only have themselves to blame. Shareholders gave them plenty of time to make a success of their respective companies. At the end of the day shareholders expect a company to make profits in order to get a return on their capital. CT although highly personable and a genuine nice guy was definitely not a businessman.

I've read about the sale of Pure by IMG to Austrian buyers. Hopefully, they will have the finances to promote Pure properly with the kind of muscle IMG didn't have, or rather they would have had but for the old CEO wasting a fortune on pointless acquisitions. Pure is still a good customer for TMZ though, or should I say FSTG, so I hope the new buyer does well with Pure, for Frontier's sake and those who work for Pure.

IMG's disposal of Pure has echos of the sale of Sensium, i.e. excellent tech, with tons of investment but losses too big for the parent to handle, hence firesale. It's a shame, but what can you do. I guess CT and HY must both be seething at what has happened to their babies.

I think the problem is with the word 'partner' meaning different things to different people.

I don't think TMZ's partners are in the same sense as Apple is a partner to IMG.

I think it is more that a partner is a company TMZ is working with to implement some functionality - such as Airplay with Apple.

Clearly some partnerships, such as with Google, are important to both companies - it remains to be seem just how deep the partnerships with Amazon and Apple are.

I think some of the "partner" links could be extremely tenuous. Maybe someone should ask Apple what the deal is with TMZ, and see how long the slide lasts !
