06/8/2012 22:06 | No not attending - I would like to hear progress on news of cash distribution hinted at in the spring report though. | weatherman
06/8/2012 16:40 | "Is anyone here attending?" Not me, I don't have a large enough position to make it worth my while. | puffintickler
06/8/2012 11:40 | I am still here too but may not be able to attend the Agm. Is anyone here attending? | davidosh

04/8/2012 20:43 | I see 100 shareholders have left in the recent annual fy report - anyone else here? eps of 9.3p - pe of 6 at 51.5p on Jenkins site, £6.7 m net cash - roughly equal to mkt cap. divid of 5p giving yield of 10%. | weatherman
07/7/2012 12:35 | We should be getting the prelims any day soon.... | weatherman
07/5/2012 10:46 | Is 51.5p a good price? There are 12 million shares in issue...at 51.5p = mkt cap about £6m. They have reported £5.9m in net cash. EPS will likely be over 10p this last year, although a little less than the 13.4p stated the previous year. So 51.5p = PE of about 5 or even less. There is the hope of another dividend cash return later this year. Although they are difficult to trade the returns in dividends has made it worth holding on to (unlike TTS) - I have received about 10p per share over three years - compare that to the initial 23p offered for the whole lot. So I won't sell just yet. But you must make up your own minds. | weatherman
26/4/2012 14:18 | I am a little bit tempted have to admit | rmillaree
26/4/2012 13:27 | We have a price for our shares, 51.5p. Not a bad uplift. | puffintickler
28/6/2011 20:03 | Yes, generally looks good going forward. I won't be going to the AGM as my holding is relatively small. | puffin tickler

11/2/2011 22:11 | David - what do you consider a good price ? | weatherman
11/2/2011 21:48 | Hi davidosh sounds like you feel they are still good value. You wanting to buy is probably a good enough reason not to sell. I thought the interims were quite reasonable too. 3800 | 3800
11/2/2011 21:13 | I have no idea whether anyone has been able to trade their shares since the delisting in 2009 but if anyone does want to sell their holding then simply contact me via this board or email through the TMF facility and I will arrange the transfer and payment for you via my broker. | davidosh
