16/10/2009 07:55 | Update Selftrade will attempt to vote against on my behalf. Anyone else using selftrade should contact them ASAP to organise a vote against. | alexays
14/10/2009 13:01 | I didn't get a form because Selftrade hold this in a nominee account. I have asked them to vote no, both for me and any other Selftrade holders. I thought the vote would be on the meeting on 19th? Was there actually a meeting yesterday? | alexays
14/10/2009 12:26 | Did anyone get to the meeting yesterday? I totally agree with the comments made above particularly by IR35 and Valhamos in posts 369 and 370. It will be interesting to see if they get away with this, in my view anyone selling at their paltry offer price is crazy now and this is reflected in the price already being higher in the market. Talk about getting the company on the cheap! Let's hope the institutional investors will vote against the delisting. I intend to keep my shares anyway even if they do get delisted. Is anyone able to get to the meeting on Monday 19th Oct? | bigwig
13/10/2009 21:55 | I didn't get a proxy form. I cannot attend, but does anyone know how I get one. I didn't get one through selftrade. | alexays
13/10/2009 00:30 | I think you will find that there was an announcement to delay the meeting to 11.00am on 19 October 2009 and the deadline for acceptance of their share offer is also delayed to 5.00pm on the 19th. Be careful as nominee companies may stick with their originally announced deadlines. Please look at the recent news to confirm this and see the reason for the delay. | fredm
12/10/2009 16:32 | Any news? Why is the share above the buy back price? Perhaps some want to get on board before the de listing? | weatherman
12/10/2009 07:59 | How many of you are coming to the AGM today ? | davidosh
09/10/2009 08:41 | PS: I have asked Selftrade to put back the decision date by 24 hours and would ask any other holders to do the same thing please :-) | cwa1
09/10/2009 08:29 | Just had a notification from Selftrade. Asking me to tender my shares for 23p by 5pm on 12/10 As the AGM is the same day, it would much appreciated if anyone attending could post a brief precis of what has happened to allow us to make an informed decision! | cwa1
09/10/2009 00:41 | I've voted by proxy against. | tap33
29/9/2009 11:48 | It does mean you can attend the AGM on the 12th and ask lots of questions then decide how you wish to vote on the 19th though. This is not yet a guaranteed delisting and lots of us are attending the AGM just as we have done in previous years. Why not come along and tell the directors your views ? | davidosh
29/9/2009 11:36 | There has been a change to the date of the meeting to vote on the delisting from AIM. Any votes submitted for the meeting on the 12th will not be counted. The new date is the 19th October. The effect of this is likely to be playing into the hands of management and against the interests of the shareholders - nothing new there then!! | persevere
19/9/2009 21:39 | The reasons stated by managment for the delisting are somewhat worse than pathetic. Is 100k per year a real issue - how much management time has been spent on the delisting and how much has the professional advice cost - somehwat more than a couple of years worth of AIM listing costs I guess. As for being able to dispose of part of the business without going through a few formalities - are they having a laugh (well I guess they are at my expense). If they hadnt come with this crazy idea how much more would the shares be trading at now rather than the crazy price of 22p? Would they be on a forward p/e of 4 with a wad of cash in the bank if they werent going to delist? I think the chances of voting down the delisting are slim but I'll vote against anyhow. I'm surprised there havent been more comments here but maybe everyone has already bailed out or knows something I dont. | ir35
19/9/2009 20:53 | Offer of 23p is derisory. In the Cancellation/Tender Offer document the directors bemoan the lowly current share price and 'have little confidence the underlying value of Group operations will be fully appreciated whilst the Company retains its AIM Admission' And yet they think 23p is a suitable exit price. As the directors also state that the Company has rarely used AIM to raise equity and had no plans to do so, I'm not sure why the current share price in relation to its underlying value is of any particular concern to them. They should concentrate on turning the business around; it's up to us to worry about the share price. And an absence of a listing isn't going to suddenly demonstrate the underlying value; quite the opposite. It would be better if the company kept its listing and commited to a share buy-back. I will vote against delisting. | valhamos
24/8/2009 15:17 | looks like the offer to get out is more than the mkt price, which is nice | empirestate
21/8/2009 10:45 | would be nice to know the deal for shareholders, price on the up, does some one know, no trades | empirestate
14/8/2009 13:02 | so he is buying shares probably on the back of hoping to see the buy back offer at a nice premium | empirestate
14/8/2009 12:43 | I think this is the guy | davidosh
14/8/2009 11:58 | 14 August 2009 Touchstone Group plc ('Touchstone' or the 'Company') Holdings in Company The Company has been advised that as of the 11th August 2009 Mr D Norwood has 410,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each representing 3.2% of the issued share capital of the Company. 07/8/2009 14:41 | correction gbp2.1m mcap | empirestate
07/8/2009 14:40 | as a tech the valuation with an mcap of gbp2.9 with gbp1.5 cash and nearly gbp30m revenues is rediculous | empirestate
08/7/2009 20:49 | no comment? | weatherman
30/6/2009 13:19 | Why the sudden rise? | lancasterbomber
18/6/2009 18:00 | You can register your feelings and interest along with your shareholding here | davidosh
18/6/2009 12:46 | TSE has been valued as if it is about to go bust, but if TSE doesn't need additional money from the stock market then it seems to be far healthier than the market thinks. If so then it is worth a lot more than 15p per share. | weatherman |
