For years my TMAN stock has been valued at 12p in my account but I have just looked into my account and the value is 0 ?

kubok. We are not sticking with Levant. We will be announcing an alternative proposal. The climate is extremely challenging but we will not be giving away shares for free.

Why do we stick with Levant? They have no funds available to invest into Timan.
I want once again suggest to give-up 51% (new shares) to Lukoil at no fee. All shareholders will benefit, not only Levant

kubok - You still havent got a grip of the situation we are in. We exited administration without any agreements with creditors. That means that any of them could have wound up the company.

We were threatened that on many occasions.

A new CVA has always been on the agenda. it was in fact a prerequisite of the failed levant equity issue proposed at the last GM.

The difference this time around is that the architects of the CVA won't be soft and ineffective like what was served up by Victor Nekrassov.

Working on draft GM notice at the moment. Aiming now for end of next month. S&W have been engaged to formulate a new CVA. There has been progress on debt restructuring with a handful albeit large creditors remaining.

The objective is to expand and grow the business significantly and to do an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Oslo Stock Exchange in due course. I don't even know where mine are, and nobody has bothered to ask. It's surprising to see this thread still alive when I pop in every year or so. Hope nobody here suffered in China's 'black Monday' fallout. I certainly didn't because I don't any longer have ANY shares. Oh, what freedom!

No-one knows the actual status of the shares except the people that do and they aren't telling us.
