The BOD here are an utter disgrace. Minority shareholders are given virtually no information in the company they have a stake in.

Gentlemen,

Is there anyone out there who can update us to what is happening?

I have waited 6 years for anything, and whilst the money "invested" has long ago been forgotten, I for one would be grateful to at least know why my money disappeared.

Pre-xmas it looked as though there was at least a tiny prospect of a 5p bid for us...is that now as likely as Jeremy Corbyn being elected PM??

My point is that major sharholders are no longer interested to create any value at Timan's level. At some point timan will sell the remaining 25% stake in NGPT for 5-10mn$ which will be enough to cover the debt and minorities will be left with the empty shell.

The Caspian asset was always the most promising.
We were asked to vote on its disposal a short while ago

I think that bringing Iran back into the fold allows anything that is found to be transited through that country and Azerbaijan avoiding the hassle in Dagestan.
