No matter how good the reports are on THF it never moves the stock. I'm in this one a couple of years and nothing happens with this company. The prospects are looking better but its going to be a long time before things start to move on this one in terms of stock price, etc. Only a NASQ listing will help this stock and generate some real interest in the short/mid term.

I got out of here last week with some pain.
The phoenix usually do a mid year write up on their best prospects, it was out at the end of September last year. Perhaps THF will get the usual write up. It might be worth holding till then?????

They announced a change to the new IEX
phuck all difference that will make!!!

If anything it means a quiet backwater where companies
who only want a listing when they need to raise money,
can pay less during the years when they dont...because
they hardly ever trade and the company owners want
them to stay illiquid.

Thirdforce never did any good for it's shareholders and is
hardly ever likely to!!!

Well the acquisition is in the bag.....and a very nice touch too!!!

The CLM guys were finally convinced after a year of courtship
to accept the wedding ring......

Control by insiders renders the share illiquid.
You can buy alkl you want but on the trading history of the last year
you'll never get out.....unless you want to sit cursing the day you ever bought
this pile of shyt, like I do!!!!
Not to mention, the last time the company opened it's mouth
it dressed up bad news instead of stating what they were saying clearly and unambiguously





they were issuing a profit warning!!!!

This company is going nowhere fast. Totally illiquid stock. No interest in it at all. There's also a big gap in the bid/offer price.

The magazine has the largest "independent" share owning
readership in Ireland and among the Irish abroad.
Hugely succesful bi-weekly....been there since the 60's.

At 26 cents and based on earnings in the second half of last
year, Third Force shares are now standing on a historic 18
p/e. Although this looks to be a high rating, if O'Sullivan can
repeat last year's growth in 2005 the prospective p/e will rapidly
drop to very modest figures.

Third Force is only in earlyphase growth and looks to have
developed a courseware base that has international
applications and the sky is the limit here. This makes Third
Force shares at 26 cent a strong if slightly speculative buy.

the look out for suitable acquisitions abroad to accelerate
growth.
