11/4/2006 10:53 | Another reply... I appreciate your comments and who is to say that your opinion is not correct. Perhaps we are a little too cautious in our communication or perhaps the other AIM listed companies are a little too cavalier. A matter of opinion. It's worth highlighting that we are also listed on the Irish IEX and their governance is more strict that AIM. So if AIM and IEX have different attitudes to certain communications we are *obliged* to adhere to the more conservative view. At the end of the day we take advice from our brokers as to how best to communicate our messages. That's not to say the brokers make the decision but we listen to their advice and act in a manner that we believe is appropriate. Generally it has served us well but it's always useful to be challenged now and again. | charlie11908

11/4/2006 07:57 | A courteous reply..... Thank you for your enquiry regarding ThirdForce news and I am pleased to clarify our communication approach. Broadly speaking we have two types of published communication: 1. those that are required by the stock market to be published on the Regulatory News Service and 2. those that we release to promote positive PR for the company. Due to the strict control that the RNS exercise on communications it often transpires that such communications are factual and not very newsworthy On the other hand, general press releases can be written in such a way as to ensure that the key message of the announcement is highlighted to the reader. In January we issued a Trading Update to the market via the RNS. Our next communication was the Press Release regarding the OCR contract win, which we issued to the general press. For completeness our Annual Results 2005 will issue shortly and again will be published on the RNS. Thank you again for you enquiry. | charlie11908
09/4/2006 17:22 | Hi, Could someone at your firm explain why your company news is not hitting the regulatory news channels in the UK. The first time your news on Monday..........was seen in the UK was in today's Sunday Times. Mind you I did not recall that the same news was read widely in Ireland either. This is not the first time this has happened. The Sunday Times - Business The Sunday Times April 09, 2006 Ireland: The business week Monday ThirdForce, an e-learning firm, won a contract to provide electronic testing and examination services to Oxford Cambridge and RSA Examinations, one of the UK's largest exam bodies. Maybe you could enlighten me as to what your news dissemination policy is to the market and to shareholders!!! | charlie11908
03/4/2006 08:11 | Seems like Pat McDonagh has sold all his other interests, and is focussing on this one.... Bank Guarauntees are what this morning is all about? His other interests if I read Moneybags in Phoenix right netted him some £50 million in the last 3 years. Maybe Moneybags unwavering tips for this one may come through after all.....he first reccommended them 2 years ago I think? | charlie11908
