18/2/2017 13:54 | Had a wee look at SOU. Hope TPL can pull off a similar refinancing and subsequent exponential share price curve. It is all possible. There can be a win-win for all of us, even Olisol. | casual47
17/2/2017 11:07 | Looking forward to the BOD showing us what they have been doing for the past year to boost this share price into the stratosphere. MAKE ONE OF THOSE MULTIPLE NOTHING RNS'S CREATE SOMETHING CLOSE TO SHAREHOLDER VALUE. | temporarily insane
17/2/2017 10:31 | D64, what do you think the options are re. the Caymans loan, seeing as that is the one at hand with the others due summer onwards. As the loan was not secured it seems risky for them to call it in. Unless the Cayman lender has particular influence in Kaz to make sure things go their way I can't see them wanting to take this step -- the exact outcomes of administration are often not foreseeable in Western jurisdictions and I can't even begin to imagine how it can play out in a place like Kaz. The ALR loans were renegotiated with a clause in them that stated if any other unsecured loan becomes secured then ALR have the right to veto this or to demand they get the same security. (I wonder if Bill was aware at the time of the lien clause the old BOD had added to the 2016 renegotiated contract for the Caymans loan -- it gave them security over 20% of the gas revenues and if that fell through they could seize assets. This clause was never activated as it was conditional on the Olisol placing completing). | casual47
17/2/2017 10:11 | casual, I spoke with them on Wednesday & yesterday. They have nothing else to report at the mo as still evaluating/sorting out the cash/loan situation. I don't think, apart from anything to do with Olisol that we'll hear anything for a few days/weeks yet. | dorset64
17/2/2017 10:00 | I see there is another small transaction from Pope, I presume one of his fundholders reducing. Question: as Bill has his shareholding in the Pope fund is it restricted by black out periods? I presume if the sell/buy request comes from an individual and not Bill then it falls outside of director dealing restrictions? | casual47
17/2/2017 09:57 | Has anyone spoken to the company last few days? My last email was followed by the RNS so I guess there won't be a reply to it (especially as it further asked about potential related party issues with the Kumars). Would be good to know when they expect to release the next company update. | casual47
17/2/2017 08:59 | There above placing shares are a non story. They were allied to the Olisol placing which never occurred, and now never will. Likewise & as a result, these shares will also never be placed. | dorset64
17/2/2017 06:36 | Thanks TI. Interesting to see if Bell et all ask for review in the light of what has happened ! | hguess16
17/2/2017 00:30 | Fbrj....sooooo...... the plot thickens ! Now you have sight.... sheesh... breath and sight...an abundance of riches ! | parthus
16/2/2017 22:46 | parthus - re your 13574: I think 1399Peter was the one who was saying he was up to his neck - but having checked....so am I, although over the last several months have actually got my average down to within sight! | fbrj
16/2/2017 21:13 | hguess16 I thought a screengrab might add something. | temporarily insane
16/2/2017 20:54 | Casual, TI, I have just looked at the press release dated 1/4/16 re the grant of options, These were granted in relation to the placing transaction by Olisol. I presume that since the placing became null and void in view of Olisol's failure, Tethys might contend that the options granted are invalid !. John Bell was awarded 2.362m shares at 2.5p to be vested on the date of the placing, with an expiry date on the 5th anniversary. Henderson, Rawls, and Roberts options were also to be vested on the date of the placing. | hguess16
16/2/2017 20:36 | Casual, I doubt it as Bell, Hammond, and the old directors were granted the options after they agreed to resign as Exec Chairman,CEO, following the appointment of the new Chairman, Abramov. I agree that Abramov will forfeit his options as he was pushed out !. TI, The options I refer to were given more recently and were priced at 2.5p or 2.9p. | hguess16
16/2/2017 19:41 | Options are forfeited as soon as the employee leaves the company so the options given to Hammond etc no longer count. | casual47
16/2/2017 19:28 | Re my previous note, the total options granted amounted to nearly 14m shares !. | hguess16
16/2/2017 19:18 | Casual, TI, I recall the previous Mgt were granted options Incl Bell, Abramov, Hammond et all, at an option exercise price of 2.5p ?. I think the total amounted to about 4-5m shares !. Seems like it won't be too long before it reaches this !. | hguess16
16/2/2017 16:14 | TSX briefly played footsy with 4 CAD cents. Needs a lot more volume to make it convincing.... | casual47
16/2/2017 15:48 | fbrj: "Up to your neck" eh ? Pah ! How fortunate you are................. So there ! Be thankful... | parthus
16/2/2017 15:37 | fbrj, I wasn't actually after buying any more, up to my neck already as I am sure many long termers are. I was interested to see if anyone knew what the limits were at the mo, so thanks for that info. | 1399peter
16/2/2017 13:57 | 1399Peter - I think the EMS (exchange market size) is 50,000 for TPL. What I have found with other shares is that if you cannot trade an EMS online, if you then do "a route to dealer" the transaction will go through because I think the MMs are obliged to trade the EMS at the quoted price and presumably are reminded of this with the dealer phone call! | fbrj
16/2/2017 13:46 | My average is 8p :( I did buy a big chunk when they were 50p+ though. Lets hope some good news starts for the suffering long term holders. | cowls
16/2/2017 13:21 | The vast majority of holders, including Pope/ALR/Olisol, have averages well above 2p, so I can't see many happy to sell, especially when/if good news starts to roll in. | casual47
16/2/2017 12:25 | Does anyone know what the limits are, I noticed you could only get hold of 4-12k in Canada last night and the 7k buy on LSE this morning might suggest it's difficult to get hold of any quantity. | 1399peter
16/2/2017 11:23 | Would be good to see some continued buying. Hope we get good news soon. Can't be much longer, surely? | casual47 |
